Yesterday was 31st October, Halloween, and also the last day of submission of poems for the CITY HEART poetry contest, if you remember.
So before I announce the name of the writer, the winner, I'd like to talk about the perks of winning this contest:

• All your works will be voted on
• All your works will be put in our public reading list, entitled as "The Winner of CITY HEART Poetry Contest" — or you can choose whatever title you want us to put
