Wendy has been travelling with the Doctor while her sister and her brother-in-law were on their honeymoon, and then on Earth, this travelling has led to an extra 3 years on her age.
However, Wendy has recently noticed her lack of aging, she assumed she would start looking somewhat more mature than she did as a teenager, but she does now. Not wanting to bother the Doctor about this issue she keeps it to herself.
