Third Person

They Keep Killing Suzie

(A/N Sorry, I tried writing for the rebel flesh and the almost people, but i hate the epsiodes so much, theres too many people and we aren't actually given the names until after they have all talked, so its slightly annoying. But I hope this is a good substitue, another Torchwood ep is always welcome in my eyes)

Wendy had still not told Amy, or even the Doctor, about what her mother had told her, as it was something that she was still processing, despite knowing that the dad she had grown up with, despite only remembering parts of it when talking to her parents, loved her like she was his own, which was all Wendy wanted to know. Although, the Doctor being shocked at what he found when he scanned her did want to make Wendy question her identity further, but she knew that the main focus should be on why the scanner kept showing that Amy was both pregnant and not pregnant at once; thus preventing her from pestering the Doctor with questions. Which is why she had asked to go back to Torchwood, to keep herself away from thinking about everything that was happening on the TARDIS and try and focus on some Earth related issues, rather than what was happening to Amy and why was the Doctor so shocked when he scanned her?

She was sat in the front of Torchwood's SUV, wearing a pair of blue denim jeans with a light brown turtle neck sweater tucked into them, with a grey jacket over it along with a pair of white wellington boots, as Wendy wanted to stay within her comfort zone that day and wellies were the easiest shoes for her to walk in; the team were on their way to a murder investigation that they were specifically asked to go to.

Wendy saw police vehicles outside of the house and when she got out of the SUV, she saw that a woman giving them a distasteful look. Wendy walked next to Tosh, the officer lifting the police tape and letting the team through.

"At last. You must be Torchwood? My team bitch about you all the time." The Detective told them. "And you are?" Jack asked her. "Detective Swanson." Jack was told. Jack held out his hand and said "Captain Jack Harkness."

"So I've heard. Are you always this dressy for a murder investigation?" Swanson asked Jack. "What d'you rather me naked?" Jack asked her. "God help me, the stories are true."

"So who's the victim?" Gwen asked, who was recruited after Suzie's death and Jack had also informed Wendy that she knew about his inability to die, in case it was ever brought up. "That's victims, plural. Yesterday, a man was murdered at 96 Oakham Street, Alex Arwyn, 28, sing, estate agent, here we go, that's from the scene of the crime." Detective Swanson told Gwen as she handed Jack the case files, Wendy moved up behind him to get a look at the images of the first mans death. "Today, in here, we get two more, Mark and Sarah Brisco, both 33, married, he's a surveyor, she works in education." Swanson added.
