"He's so dumb." I commented, making El laugh.
"I know right! He still thinks I like Mike." She laughed.
"Do you even think that he will approve of us?" I asked her.
"I think he would like us dating more than me dating Mike." She laughed.
"I hope so. I would hate it if he didn't like me." I said with a small smile.
"Would we break up if he told us to?" She asked, slightly concerned.
"Hell no, no one could break us up." I said and kissed her hand. "If Mike still liked you, he would kill me."
"I wouldn't let him kill you." She said and kissed my lips.
"Thank you, glad to know you wouldn't want me to die." I laughed.
"I have powers, I have to put them to good use." She laughed.
"You use them to fight monsters, is that not good enough?" I asked with a small laugh.
"Nope, protecting you is more important." She laughed as she pulled me in for a hug.
