Breathe.

We know your heart is heavy. You're tired. Tired of the incessant headaches that comes from crying too much, heaps of bad news and heartaches that sometimes make you feel like you will drown in sorrow for being part of a failed planet. 

But breathe. Listen to your body. Don't turn it into your battle field, don't neglect it.

We understand you are processing too much right now, almost more than you are built to handle. But still breathe. Close your eyes and take long, deep breaths. Smell the air. Try to rid your mind of any thoughts and release your breath slowly. Just breathe. 

Take a break from the constant war going on inside you and let your body breathe. Give your mind a moment of peace. Let your emotions run wild, let loose the tears and all the anger--hate in your heart. 

Breathe.

Rest for the journey ahead because it may be long and as tiring as the ones we have crossed. So breathe today so you can breathe tomorrow and the days that will come after.
