Let it go.

You have been strong for too long, held on longer than you should have and now it's time to let it go. Let go of the anger, pain, hurt and all other beliefs that might be stopping you from truly embracing peace and joy. Stop trying to act tough all the time or fix things beyond your control. It's okay to walk away from the things you cannot change, arguments that might lead you to anger and people that will constantly put you down.

Relax. Don't blame yourself for cancelling an appointment or refusing to pick a call. It's okay. It's okay to say no. To change your mind, want a day off or some alone time with yourself. It's even more okay to speak up. 

Never forget that you deserve the best of everything good too. So purify yourself of physical, emotional and mental toxins. Ask for help. Take that one bold step towards your success. Start doing things for you. Take a walk, run or jog. Go on a lone date. Let your thoughts surround you, accept and surrender to it, refuse to believe the illusion that it might have been different.
