In the Morning, Raiden was in a deep sleep not willing to wake up to anything... however Ikora with a smug on her face stood by his bed staring down at him with a bucket of water.
she pour the bucket of water on Raiden and immediately woken him up then fell from his camp bed soaking wet as he look up to see Ikroa chuckling.
Raiden: "what the hell you old hag!"
Ikora Rey: "raise and shine." to add salt to injury she place the empty bucket in his head before leaving.
Ikora Rey: "once you are ready go to the new Guardian Legislation, Lord Saladin will wait for you... and especially you, you'll be part of something worth your time."
Raiden: "what?"

Dubs: "you'll be fine Guardian." Walking through the open gate of Fan Castle is now under control, sweeper bots clean the streets while Red Jacks patrol the areas. the civilians who are still there resume their daily routines as if nothing happened yesterday. At the same time they were curious about the new security presents around them.

Raiden: "what's new around here?"
Dubs: "we establish a building within the city to contact The Last City."
Raiden: "like for diplomats?"
Dubs: "sort of, the courtyard has Vaults placed for Guardians."
Raiden: "did they add more space to the Vault?"
Dubs: "not that im aware of."

They walk further into the center till they saw a building patrolled by Red Jacks by the dozens.
Dubs: "Ikora said to meet with Lord Saladin and Queen Mara, they'll tell you the rest." they saw Two Centurions guarding the entrance and accompanying Lord Saladin and Queen Mara.

Raiden: "Saladin, Queen Mara."
Mara Sov: "late as usually, Guardian?"
Raiden: "i got here when i can."
Lord Saladin: "Guardian, Lord Cao Cao has the family of the Insurrectionist Cai Mao waiting."
Raiden: "what did they do?
Mara Sov: "these people exterminate whole families as punishment of one's being, you are the only one they consider as an asset and after seeing the report of your actions... she wants them to see that Guardians are protectors."
Raiden: "and she chose the wrong person."
Mara Sov: "then let's change that for one, shall we?"
With a sigh The Guardian, Queen Mara and, Saladin enter the backyard where Cai Mao's family were kneeling and waiting but anxious as Cao Cao and his generals and Petra and a few Awoken Corsairs present standing guard.

Raiden: "hey PV."
Petra Venj: "Guardian."

Cao Cao: "Greetings your highness, Guardian, who might you be?"

Lord Saladin: "greetings Lord Cao Cao, i am Lord Saladin or Valus Forge under the command of Empress Caiatl."

Cao Cao: "an Iron Lord, you people continue to further my curiosity."
Raiden: "let's cut to the chase, who are these people and why are they here?"
Cao Cao: "these are Cai Mao's family members including his servants who serve the family."

Cao Hong: "Cai Mao has endangered my Lord's family and we are willing to punish his in return, it's heaven's law."
Raiden: "well Heaven ain't here to solve the problem or make miracles, Cai Mao was the one who started that shit show, what do they have to do with him?"
Cao Hong: "they are his seed and must be punished as well so what are you waiting for, Guardian?" Raiden glared at Cao Hong who tries to look tough but wishes he can do more then act like that.
