It had been 3 months since Alyssa had last seen the Doctor. They had come up with a plan to see how far the aliens had spread. Alyssa looked around as she walked through a city. "Alyssa." a voice called out. She turned around and saw Canton pointing a gun at her,

"We can make this easy or hard, your choice," Canton said

"Come on, Canton, don't you remember the warehouse the aliens?" Alyssa said, turning to face him fully. He said nothing, and Alyssa took the chance and took off running in the opposite direction.

"The hard way," Canton said as he fired the gun, and Alyssa fell to the ground.

Alyssa was dragged into a room, and she heard the Doctor's voice, "Is there a reason you're doing this?" The Doctor said as he glanced at the 3 body bags.

"I want you to know where you stand," Canton said,

"In a cell," The Doctor muttered.

"In the perfect cell. Nothing can penetrate these walls. Not a sound, not a radio wave, not the tiniest particle of anything." the Doctor said, as the soldiers who brought in the bodies left the room and Canton closed the door, "In here, you're literally cut off from the rest of the universe. So I guess they can't hear us, right?'

"Good work, Canton. Door sealed?" The Doctor said,

"You bet," Canton said, and the Doctor shook off his shackles, and the body bags sat up. The Doctor rushing to Alyssa as she unzipped the body bag. She smiled at the Doctor as she took him into a hug,

"Are you okay?" The Doctor said after he broke apart from Alyssa and went over to Rory,

"Finally," Amy muttered as she got out of the body bag as well.

"These things could really do with air holes," Rory said,

"Never had a complaint before," Canton said,

"Isn't it going to look odd that you're staying in here with us?" Amy asked Canton,

"Odd, but not alarming. They know there's no way out of this place." Canton said,

"Exactly. Whatever they might think we're doing in here, they know we're not going anywhere." The Doctor said before he slumped to the right of him and into an invisible Tardis. Alyssa let out a laugh as she snapped her fingers, and the door opened,

"Shall we?" The Doctor said, and they all rushed into the Tardis.

"What about Doctor Song?" Canton said as he entered the Tardis, "She dove off a rooftop."

"Yeah, don't worry, she does that," Alyssa said as she and the Doctor rushed to the console.

"Amy, Rory, open all the doors to the swimming pool." The Doctor said, and Amy and Rory rushed to do it as the Doctor piloted them to where she was falling and opened the Tardis doors and River fell in and down to the swimming pool.

"So, we know they're everywhere. Not just a landing party, an occupying force, and they 'have been here a very, very long time. But nobody knows that because no one can remember them." The Doctor said as River had joined them,

"So what are they up to?" Canton asked

"We don't know," Alyssa said,

"But the good news is, we've got a secret weapon." The Doctor said as the two landed the Tardis. They rushed out to reveal a rocket. Alyssa smiled at it,

" Apollo 11's your secret weapon?" River said,

"No, no. It's not Apollo 11. That would be silly. It's Neil Armstrong's foot." The Doctor said
