Gollum drowned himself in the lake searching for Precious, and Bilbo got out and rejoined the dwarves. Unfortunately, without the Ring, he and the Dwarves never made it out of Mirkwood, and they all died at the mercy of the fabulous elf king Thranduil.
Frodo stayed in the Shire forever, and remains an orphan. Most likely moved in with Merry in Buckland.
Arwen never married Aragorn and passed into the Undying Lands,
Gandalf stayed Gray,
Sauron rules Middle Earth and....
Oh!!!
