Y/n first person pov

Sunday went by really fast. But it was probably because I spent so much time just chatting with Clay nonstop and we had a heck lot of fun.

Then, Monday rolled in. aka school. Just the thought of school and homework made my head hurt. What made it worse was the thought of those bitches and Liam. Just knowing he is on the same planet at me makes me want to throw up my organs.

But I tried my best to be positive. I have new friends now and Clay would be there so everything will.be.fine...

right?....

I shook my head and finished up my breakfast which was literally just a cup of apple juice and a piece of toast, before I got my bag and headed off for school. 

10 minutes later 

When I stepped into school, I had expected the comfortable feeling by now yet it immediately drained out.

I walked towards my locker but not without some strange things. There were boys looking at me which usually wasn't the case and a bunch of girls either giving me death glares or pointing at me and whispering. This was very out of the ordinary since I usually kept myself on a low profile as I despised social interaction with too many people so I was feeling extremely uncomfortable.

I brisk walked over to my locker and quickly got what I needed. Honestly I was extremely quick that it was probably a world record. As I walked to my next class, someone suddenly grabbed my left arm and pulled me into a room.

When I realised what had just happened, I noticed I was in the janitors closet, facing away from my potential kidnapper/s and got extremely terrified.

"w-whoever you are Im w-warning you I had karate lessons when I was 4 s-so back off!" I yelled, super unconvincingly.

"Shhhh y/n you're gonna get us noticed." Said a familiar voice

"Yeah calm down." this time an unfamiliar voice.

"h-huh?" I turned around and instantly recognised my kidnappers.

It was Wilbur, other beanie boy from chem class and George?

"George? Wil?? what are you guys doing in here? Is this some sort of prank??" I asked, confused af.

"Before that, we need to ask you something." The beanie boy asked.

"uhm okay guy whos name I do not know." I replied.

"My name is Alexis but call me Alex," He introduced before continuing, "Did you or did you not have a date with Clay and did you guys SLEEP TOGETHER??" He whisper-shouted.

"Okay FIRST OF ALL-" I said sassily, "it was most definitely not a date and i shall not answer the second question."

Then, worry filled their faces. Which made me start panicking as well.

"w-wait how did you know all that?-" I stuttered. I was shocked but I knew Clay wasn't the type to tell anyone about these things, aside from the cafe thing but then how did Alex find out?

"listen y/n don't panic but someone told the whole school that you and Clay had a date before hooking up-" Wilbur said, trying his best not to sound nervous.

Then, I could feel my face turning pale. What kind of sick ass rumour was this. How did anyone know Clay was at my apartment?? I panicked like crazy but thankfully George came to my side and tried calming me down.

"Don't worry y/n Clay explained everything to us after we asked him about it. Its just a stupid rumour I guarantee you that it will die fast and you have us here to defend you." George said in a gentle voice.

Despite that, I was still in an extremely shaken state. I couldn't deal with situations which were too stressful. Then, I felt my legs go numb and next thing I knew, everything turned dark.

Clay first person pov 

After George called and told me y/n had passed out, I ran as fast as I could to the infirmary.

I was all the way in my classroom almost at the complete other end of the campus yet I couldn't stop running and I wasn't planning on stopping until I reached the infirmary.

When I finally reached, I was out of breath but I didn't give two shits. I quickly went into the infirmary.

I completely ignored the nurse and just went right to where George had told me y/n was. When I had arrived, I went pale at the sight of y/n unconscious on the bed with a bandage on her head and George,Wilbur and Alex sitting at the couch at the left of the room.

"What on earth happened." I asked, completely frozen on the spot.

"W-well.." George began but suddenly stopped. However Wilbur continued,

"We pulled y/n into the janitor's closet to warn her about the shit that had spread around school and she panicked like crazy and passed out. Gogy managed to stop her head from smacking onto the ground but her forehead got scratched by some unknown shit. Then Alex carried her here while gogy called you." 

Im not sure how he said all that in one breath but he somehow did and I could see how surprised George and Alex was about it.

"God fucking dammit if I find out who started all this shit I will murder them." I said menacingly as I finally walked over to y/n.

This was all my fault. Even if it wasn't, I couldn't help but blame myself for it. Maybe things could have turned out differently. Maybe I should have been there. Maybe then she wouldn't have gotten hurt...

I sighed as I looked down at her. This wasn't the first time I saw her asleep but I just couldn't help but think of how sweet she looked.

I swear to you

I WILL find out who did this

and make them regret ever stepping into this world.

A/n

SHVDGJH that was such a cringe ending to the chapter but oh well-

I wanted everyone to know that this book will most likely end by this week or early next week but I will be starting on a new and hopefully better one :'D
