I wake with a smile in my face. Since its my off duty today I decided to just stay at home and cook breakfast for my parents.
I first took a bath before I cook.
"Inay, itay. Kakainin niyo na po ang isa't isa este kakain na po." I shouted because they're on the second floor inside their room.
They didn't answer so I went upstairs to check them on their room.
I knock 2 times.
"Come in."
"Good morning Inay, Itay." I gave them a hug.
"Good morning anak."
"Come on let's go downstairs. I cook all the food."
"Aww ang sweet naman ng baby boy-girl namin."
"Itay."
"Why? What's wrong anak? Halika nga dito." He embrace me.
"You know that we accept you right?" I nodded.
"You know that we love you so much right?"
"Itay stop saying that. It's like you're saying your goodbye already." I wipe my tears.
"It's not like that anak. We didn't know what would happen to us in the future. We just want you to be ready." Inay said while wiping my tears using her hand.
"Inay naman. Huwag muna po. Let me grant your wish first. To see your apo before you die." They both nodded and we had our group hug.
"Sige na po. Let's go na to eat breakfast. Sumunod na kayo Itay ha? Baka mamaya di na kayo lumabas dito sa Room." Itay laughed.
"Ayaw mo iyon anak. You'll have an ading."
"Aish let's go na po."
"Okay tatayo na po." They both said and headed to the dining room.
