Being the middle sibling, Aearon knew her life would be full of struggles; she would not inherit the throne nor would she allow herself to be paraded around for others to admire. At a young age she decided she would give her life purpose by swearing an oath to protect the Falmari people, she would become a warrior and fight alongside her brother to protect her people from the threats of middle earth. A routine patrol escalated and Aearon soon found herself separated from her brother and the rest of the Teleri forces, pursuing a group of dark creatures that tormented her lands. While carrying out her duty, Aearon found herself at the mercy of the cold Prince of Mirkwood and King Thranduil himself. Finding herself locked in Thranduil's dungeon, the she-elf soon finds herself becoming friends with the most unlikely of creatures who steer her life on to a whole new path. Accompanying the group of dwarves to their home, Aearon finds herself battling both foe and feeling as she struggles to survive the dangers of middle earth. Will she allow herself to become compromised by her feelings or will she continue on her journey to prove herself. Either way, she will do whatever it takes to keep her word and help her friends while avoiding another stay in King Thranduil's dungeon, much to his displeasure. Amongst, verbally combating with dwarves, playing therapist to an emotionally compromised hobbit, refraining from pushing an annoyingly vague wizard; she finds the past does not remain there. She forges long lasting friendships with those around her and finds herself getting close to the elven prince even though they start as rivals. This is a Legolas love story but if any of you have read my other fan fictions then you know I love character development and so this is likely to take a long time to get started. Also, I know there are like a billion fan fictions with the same plot, that being a female elf who is part of the fellowship and ends up falling in love with Legolas. I know every fan fic is basically that plot repeated over and over again but I just said, 'what the hell, if you can't beat them, join them' so I made this.
