In another part of the base, the command building is in use and a meeting is being held between the four main factions. Specifically on the Siren threat.

Enterprise:...with that I do believe that this fleet may be larger than we have dealt with in the past

Bismarck: So you're saying that the sirens are attempting to push us back?

Enterprise: In essence, yes

Nagato: Well, any ideas to put on the table?

Enterprise: Well...I have an idea

Nagato: That being?

Enterprise: Have you heard of the mercenary running around?

Bismarck. I have, though I thought it was just a rumor

Enterprise: I'm not sure myself, but the higher ups did mention that people have called and they hired this mercenary

Bismarck: So your idea is to hire them?

Enterprise: Yes, if their rumor is to be believed, then they can be a great addition to this operation

Nagato: I think you have a point there, but how would we contact this mercenary?

Enterprise: Apparently, they posted it in the newspaper, that way most people can find it

Bismarck: The newspaper? Really?

Nagato: Pearl Harbor, the exact number is unknown but believed to be a large fleet, and the price is something I wish to talk with you for longer about

Nagato: I work with Azur Lane, and we wish to hire your service in a sort of contract basis, you will be paid a hefty wage, while you work alongside us with our commissions and operations

Vanna: You make a good deal Nagato, but I won't accept if I can't help out others as well

Nagato: Of course, we only wish for your base of operations to be with us, you may continue your contracts with others

Vanna: Then we have a deal, I'll be there by tomorrow, and don't expect much conversation when it's not about business
