(2nd person pov)

You watched Yamaguchi flinch as a ball was spiked near him, people on the sides talking about the power he holds, yet, you seem to notice that,

He's actually a rookie.

It was more than likely that he recently joined the team, not knowing much, but then automatically put him as a regular due to his height.

It reminded you of Nekoma, in a way. But at least they had the brains to not put Lev straight into games when he didn't even know how to receive a simple spike.

Each male bowed, exclaiming a "Let's play!" as they got into position, with you going back up top to the bleachers to hang out with the mini seijo kids again, which you ultimately became rather attached to.

Your eyes wandered towards the team in green, all looking towards their 2 metre giant as he nodded at their words, which confirmed your suspicions that he definitely was, a rookie.

Looking at their team now, it seemed one of them looked exactly like if Tsukishima and Shirabu from Shiratorizawa had a child and you just thought that was magical.

It seemed he felt your gaze on him as he turned around to see your eyes directed onto him, making his serious demeanour dissolve slightly as he broke out into a small flustered state, turning around again quickly as his coffee coloured orbs met your own (e/c) ones.

Each teammate from Karasuno looked at eachother, silently hyping eachother up, being like "yes bitch you got this, spike that ball like you wanna spike an ass" and that seemed to get them confident and prideful in their own abilities.

The whistle blew and Tsukishima was first up to spike, easily sending it to the other side of the court. The opposing team received it with ease and their setter sent it to the 2 metre tall, somehow teenager, on their team.

Tanaka, Hinata and Kageyama jumped up to block the ball, only for their jump to not even be high enough, and the giant to spike right over their arms, earning a point for his team.

People from the stands looked at the court in shock, you included. You knew he was tall but not tall enough to just make the ball glide right over their hands. There wasn't even a one touch to it, just easily onto the floor of Karasuno's side of the court.

The second time it was done, Nishinoya managed to send it up, shouting a 'cover!' before Tanaka bounced it up to Hinata, the latter attempting to perform a feint, but still getting pushed back in the hands of who you now know as Hyakuzawa, due to your perfect hearing and people shouting his name so many times. It's pretty easy to find out who's who when all they ever do on the court is shout eachothers names 😏😏😏.

You looked at your surroundings only to notice that lots of people had formed a crowd now, all eager to see the outcome of the match.

Some points were made until Karasuno pulled a time out.

"Looks like Karasuno doesn't stand a chance" you heard from behind you, making your immediately turn around to death glare the one who said it, making him shiver slightly before becoming disappointed in himself that a highschool girl scared him. Like killing two birds with one stone.

Finally after some talking, the whistle blew again, and Karasuno finally managed to score a point after noticing the holes in Hyakuzawa's performance.

You felt like a proud mother, placing your hands on your face once again to hide the giddy smile you had on your face, the mini seijo children looking at you in awe.

"You're really pretty when you smile, Miss" said minikawa, his friends nodding in agreement, making the smile disappear and turn back into your resting bitch face.
