Chapter 28

Jayda POV:

I had just got done getting dress and was finna go to Ryan's house. I grab my bag and keys and headed downstairs.

"Bae" I yelled coming down the stairs
"Bae"  I yelled again not here him
"I'm in the kitchen Baby stop all that yelling" he said closing the refrigerator
"I'm going to Dave and Ryan's house, you wanna come?"
"Nah imma stay in today, catch up on some sleep" he said kissing my forehead
"Alright I'll bring some food back"
"Ok don't stay out late"
"Okay love you"
"Love you too"

Me and Jordan both walked to the door. He stood in the door way till I pulled off.  I connect my phone and played lil durk India pt 3. I love this song already.

Everything had been going good so far. Me and Jordan is doing great. I'm actually going to ask him about us getting a house together. We just been living in my apartment he still got his but he's literally always at mines. So why not just get one place.

I stop having nightmares about what happened. I love working at Ryan Shop. I have lots of customers so yo girl is getting them coins PERIODT.

I pulled up to then gate at Ryan's house and put the code in. Once the gate opened I seen Ryan car and I didn't see Dave cars, he kept all his cars in the garage besides the one he's driving for the day so I guess he isn't here.

I parked and turned the car off. I texted her telling her to open the door. I grabbing my bag and walked to the door. Just as I was about to open the door Laylay came and opened it.

"Hey laylay" I said pulling her into a hug
"Hi Jayda" she said pulling back then closing the door
"Where is everybody?"
"Ryan and my mom is in the kitchen" she said then running upstairs.

Ryan POV:

"Mom me and Dave is fine we just got into a small argument and needed our space." I said tell my mom not wanting to go into details other her.

"It had to be more than what you telling me Ryan. If it was so small of a argument why isn't he here with you and the baby. You have a new born he should be here. I don't even feel right leaving." She said standing up from her chair

"Mom I pro..." I stop talking once I saw Jayda walking in I didn't need nobody else in my business

"Hey Jayda I said walking over hugging her."
"Hey you already?" She asked pull back from the hug walking to give my mom a hug
"Yes I'm fine"
"Whatever you say." My mom said walking out, I rolled my eyes.

I hoped Jayda would just leave it alone but by the look on her face I could tell she wanted to ask more questions but she decided against it.

"Where is my God baby?" She said sitting at the island pulling her laptop out.
"Dave took her over his mom house, you hungry?"
"Nah I'm fine, y'all petty you knew I wanted to see her" she said getting up grabs wine glasses and some wine
"I'm sorry you know you can come see her anytime, I think It's too soon for her to stay with people. You only 3 weeks you know."

"We are going to take this to my office, I need your help"
"Okay that's fine, what you need help with?"
"My hair and everything came so I need your help putting labels on everything and folding the boxes." I said walking to my office
"You got me till about 6 o'clock till Jordan get to call" she said cause us both to laugh.

We sat in my office drinking wine and putting labels on hair and boxes till about 5:30 Jordan was calling her to come home. My mom and sister flight was at 7, so I hope Dave came after that cause I didn't wanna take Nova to the Airport.

I walked to the Guest room my momma was in and knocked on the door.

"Come in" I walked in and saw her putting her thing in her suitcase
"Hey, mommy I'm sorry about early but I prone and Dave is gone be fine" I said sitting on the bed crossing my feet.
"I know baby I just wanna make sure you okay. Having a new born is stressful and with him not being here and us gone I'm just worried that's all." She said pulling me into a hug
"I know mom I think I'm going to be okay, if not I'll be sure to call you. But I wanted to ask you something, you don't have to give me a answer now"
"What is it honey, what's wrong?" She said sitting the shirt down sitting in the bed next to me
"So I wanted to know how would you feel about moving to New York ?" I said looking at her

She was quite for a second

"I just wanna be Close to you and laylay, I already missed a lot of her life. I also wanted Nova to have a great relationship with her gram-ma and auntie"
"I wouldn't mind moving here but I'll have to talk with your sister. Make sure she's okay with this. I don't wanna just take her from her friends and family in Atlanta
