Chapter 22

Ryan POV:

I was in the the nursery folding up some clothes that I had just washed. I know y'all probably like why she washing her baby clothes if they are new. Well I read that it was going to wash all the baby clothes before wearing them. As I got up to put the clothes in the dresser I meant a sharp pain in my stomach. I dropped the clothes and head on to my stomach. I stand there holding my stomach in pain,
It hurt so baby.

I tried my best to talk to the other side of the room to get my phone. As I was getting my phone to call Dave, I felt something coming down my leg. I started to panic because I was only 8 months. I sat back down in the chair and called Dave but he didn't answer. I called him 3 times and he didn't answer, so I texted him no response.

I called Jayda instead.
"Jayda come take me to the hospital my water just broke"
"Okay I'm coming"
"Okay" I hung up and try to call Dave again why tf isn't he answering his phone.

I than called my Doctor.
"Hello Dr. Smith, I'm water broke and I'm only 8 months"
"Okay, sweeties your baby will be fine just calm down for me."
"Okay."
"Okay, how far apart are the contractions?"
"About 10 minutes apart" I said
"I need you to get to the hospital and I'll meet you there, okay?"
"Alright"

I sat in the chair for a minute trying to calm myself down because I didn't need to stress. After I calming down I wanted to my room, went and the closet to change my clothes. After changing my phone I got my hospital bag out making sure everything was in there.  I felt another contraction, I heard on to the bed holding my stomach till it passed by.

I heard the alarm go off so I knew it had to be Jayda or Dave.
"Ryan where are you?" I heard Jayda yell
"I'm upstairs, in my room" I yelled
She came running in my room.
"Are you okay?"
"Yes I just need to get to the hospital"
"Okay, I'm going to grab your bags. Can you walk?"
"Yes"
"Okay just hold on to me"

We finally made it to the car and was ok our way to the hospital.
"Where tf is Dave?"
"I don't know he isn't answering, he doing to piss me off, I'm in Labor he's nowhere to be found and my mom would be landing in 30 minutes" I said laying my seat back
"Okay I'm going to call Jordan to see, if he knows"

She called and Jordan said last time he talked to Dave he said he was finna go home, which was 3 hours ago. Jayda got me checked in at the hospital and left to go get my mom.

I was laying in bed, calling Dave once again. When I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in"
"Hello sweetheart" Dr. Smith said
"Hey"
"So I'm going to check your cervix, should we wait on dad ?" she asked
"No, he'll be here"

After checking me she said I was 7cm I should be delivering in the next hour. I told her I didn't want to have the baby natural anymore, so they gave me the Epidural. After they where done my mom, Jayda and Dave mom walked in.

"You okay honey?" My mom came hugging me and kissed my forehead
"I am now that I got the pain meds"
"Hey, sweetheart I heard calling my son but he still isn't answering" Dave mom said coming to hung me
"I know I tried to, he better have a good explanation." I said
