Personality: Kei can sometimes be sarcastic and loves to tease those he finds so interesting. He tries to act calm and collected, even in the face of insults. He doesn't react to them much and shoots back with jokes and insults. He can be snarky sometimes, just so he can cover up his insecurity within. Overall, he is genuinely kind and caring to the ones he loves.

Cursed Energy Manipulation: Under Gojo's tutelage, Kei was able to become incredibly adept with controlling his cursed energy. He can control it such as imbuing the energy with his weapon and can keep it ongoing for his skilled talent in keeping his emotions in check.
Wire manipulation: Kei uses wires and imbue them with his cursed energy, which then can cut down through anything ( curses, hard objects, the environment ). He shoots the wires out of his wrist gadget and with his curse energy, he can extend the wires as much as he wants and control them where he wants them to go. He keeps his wire gadgets down to his ankles too for more string action.
He amps more curse energy when he wants his wires to be more sharp and deadly but he can lower the amount when needed to bind opponents or make nets to catch people.
Inanimate control: With the amount of cursed energy he has, he can touch inanimate objects and fuse it with the energy in order to control or shape the items that are touched. He uses this while working with his wires.
