Earth fairies were often overlooked. They're not as dangerous as Fire fairies, not as controlled as Water Fairies, not as intuitive as Mind Fairies, not as in touch as Air Fairies.

But Poppy Harvey was not to be overlooked.

The Dragon Flame is great but the Tellurian Bud is stronger.

To Terra, Poppy was the best older sister anyone could ask for. She's cool, stylish and kind, also immensely protective of her younger sister, giving them the perfect sibling relationship. Sam often hung out with his sisters but tended to annoy Terra with unhelpful teasing meaning his other sister would throw things at him until he left.

But Poppy was anything but perfect. She often spoke when it was inconvenient and not needed, annoyed people by not studying at all and then passing with flying colours, ate more than a pig but never seemed to gain a pound.

She was also hopelessly crushing on someone who had never even thought of her (to her knowledge). So everything about Poppy was far from perfect.

But perfect is boring anyway.

Believe it or not Sky had wondered about her. She never seemed to leave his mind, like a small song you don't know the name off but find yourself humming anyway, hence why he completely threw himself into a relationship with Stella. There was a small voice in his head that always seemed to whisper 'this is wrong' whenever he would be with Stella, but that small conscience would be pushed away until all he could remember of the brown haired beauty was the sparkle of her eyes when they locked eyes in the corridor. Both conveying so many hellos and goodbyes, greeting each other like old friends even if they had never met.

But what was he to do? He couldn't leave Stella they had been together for ages and it would feel like a betrayal.

But when their second year arrives? Conversations start, adventures tangle and feelings flame. For better or for worse.
