Dean was driving while talking on the phone with Larry.

"Yes, Mr. Pike, there's a mainline gas leak in your neighborhood,"

"God, really?" Larry asked, "And how big?"

"Well, it's fairly extensive. I don't want to alarm you, but we need your family out of the vicinity for at least twelve hours or so, just to be safe,"

"And who is this, again?"

"Travis Weaver. I work for Oklahoma Gas and Power,"

"Uh-huh." Larry said unconvinced "Well, the problem is, I know Travis. He's worked with us for a year, so who is this?"

"Uh..." Dean panicked and hung up.

"Give me the phone," Phoenix told Dean. She didn't wait and took the phone from Dean's hand and dialed a number.

"Hello?" Matt asked on the other end.

"Matt, it's Phoenix,"

"Phoenix, my backyard is crawling with cockroaches,"

"Matt, just listen. You have to get your family out of that house right now, okay?"

"What, why?"

"Because something's coming,"

"More bugs?"

"Yeah, a lot more,"

"My dad doesn't listen in the best of circumstances, what am I supposed to tell him?"

"You've gotta make him listen, okay? Matt, under no circumstances, are you, to tell the truth, they'll just think you're nuts,"

"But he's my..."

"Tell him you have a sharp pain in your right side and you've gotta go to the hospital, okay?"

"Yeah. Yeah, okay." Matt hung up.

Dean looked over at Phoe "Make him listen? What are you thinkin'?"

"I'm thinking we need a save a family," Phoenix snapped.

A while later, the hunters pulled up outside Larry's house.

Larry looked out the window and, seeing the Impala, went outside.

"Damn it," Phoenix hissed "they're still here,"

"Come on," Dean said as they got out of the car, joined by Matt.

"Get off my property before I call the cops," Larry ordered.

"Mr. Pike, listen," Sam tried to reason.

"Da, they're just tryin' to help," Matt explained.

"Get in the house!" Larry ordered his son.

"I'm sorry," Matt apologized, "I told him the truth,"

"We had a plan, Matt, what happened to the plan?" Phoe demanded.

"Look, it's 12:00 am." Sam noted "They are coming any minute now. You need to get your family and go before it's too late,"

"Yeah, you mean before the biblical swarm," Larry scoffed.

"Larry, what do you think really happened to that realtor, huh?" Phoenix wondered "And the gas company guy? You don't think somethin' weird's goin' on here?"

"Look, I don't know who you are, but you're crazy. You come near my boy or my family again, and we're gonna have a problem," Larry said.

"Well, I hate to be a downer, but we've got a problem right now," Dean explained.

"Dad, they're right, okay?" Matt tried to reason "We're in danger,"

"Matt, get inside! Now" Larry ordered.

"No! Why won't you listen to me?!"

"Because this is crazy! It doesn't make any sense!"

"Look, this land is cursed!" Phoe exclaimed "People have died here. Now, are you gonna really take that risk with your family?"

Larry took a startled step back as he looked at the fury in Phoenix's eyes.

Dean stopped Phoenix from hurting the man as he paused "Wait. You hear it?"

From somewhere nearby, a very loud buzzing noise could be heard. It continued to get louder.

"What the hell?" Larry wondered.

The fluorescent bug light on the porch began to overheat, killing several burgs at a time.

"All right, it's time to go." Phoe said "Larry, get your wife,"

"Guys," Matt called out.

All of them looked up to the sky.

Millions of bugs began flying towards the house, blanketing the sky.

"Oh my God," Larry muttered.

"We'll never make it," Sam realized.

"Everybody in the house." Dean ordered, "Everybody in the house, go!"

They rushed inside the house and locked the door.

"Okay, is there anybody else in the neighborhood?" Phoenix asked.

"No," Larry shook his head "it's just us,"

Joanie entered the room "Honey, what's happening? What's that noise?"

"Call 911," Larry told his wife.

Joanie didn't move.

"Joanie!"

"Okay." Joanie picked up the phone and dialed.

"I need towels," Dean said.

"Uh, in the closet," Larry directed.

Sam looked over at Matt "Okay, we've gotta lock this place up, come on-doors, windows, fireplace, everything, okay?"

The two headed upstairs.

"Phones are dead," Joanie announced.

"They must have chewed through the phone lines," Phoe inferred as Dean began putting towels at the base of the front door when the power went out. Phoenix closed her eyes in exasperation "And the power lines,"

"I need my cell." Larry picked up his cell phone "No signal,"

"You won't get one. They're blanketing the house,"
