Zach (Z) and Jack (J) talking through a texting app right after Zach and Jonah's conversation

Z: But why?

I just wanna know why!

Why would he wanna meet me
after all this time!?

J: For the same reason I
know u wanna meet him, he
probably miss u and regretted
not seeing u growing up

Z: I don't think I wanna meet
him

J: Yes, u do wanna meet him

U already told me u would love
to see him again

Z: That was before

J: What changed from last
month? Last week?

Z: I don't want to see his
disappointed face once
he sees me

J: He won't be disappointed Z

Z: My dad thinks of me as one

Why would he think different?

J: Your dad loves u, he just
doesn't know how to
show

Z: You know? Isn't that hard ask:
"hey, r u okay?" or "Where did
that purple mark on
your arm came from?"

J: ik it hurts but u also
 don't give him any
 chances

Z: He's never at home!

If I saw him for more than 5
minutes a day maybe I could
give him a chance

J: Whatever Z, idk how to help u anymore

But hey, u r going to meet ur
other dad

I know you want it and it
is better to die trying than to die with
doubt

Better late than never

Z: Dang

U sounded just like my grandma

J: Well is true

But if u don't feel comfortable
in his presence at this meeting,
or if he doesn't like you for
some reason, you can always leave
and forget him, you can close this
chapter and end this doubt forever

Z: Yeah

J: But I'm pretty sure this
 won't be necessary

Z: Why?

J: Cuz u r perfect baby <3

Z: Silly

J: Shut up, ik u love me <3

Z: Wow, u ain't wrong
 for the first time in your life <3

J: I love u, Zachary Frantzich.

Z: And I love u, Jack Avery.

-Meanwhile-

Jonah (Jo) and Corbyn's (c) conversation

Jo: I talked with Zach

C: And I with Daniel

He wants to meet u

Daniel wanna meet u with
me, he's usually a social butterfly
when there's a group, but when
he's alone with someone he never
met, he can be pretty shy at first

Jo: That's great!

Btw Zach said he'd rather
meet u alone

C: That's okay by me

So how r we going to organize
 this?

Jo: I'm free tomorrow

C: So are we

Wanna meet him tomorrow?

Jo: Sure, when and where?

C: I was planning in take him
to Santa Monica pier at some
point of this week, whatcha think?

Jo: That's perfect, what time?

C: 4pm?

I don't wanna go right after lunch

Jo: Yeah, that's understandable

So cya tomorrow?

C: Yup, 4pm – Santa Monica pier

Now... when will I be able to
 meet Zach?

Jo: I'll be working the rest of the week,
tomorrow is my only free day

I'm going on a business trip the day after
tomorrow

But since he wanted to meet u alone,
u can come over if u don't mind, I honestly
would prefer if Zach wasn't home alone all 
this time

C: I can leave Daniel at Jordan's
or with Ashley and come over,
 if that's okay

Jo: More than okay.

C: So it's decided

Jo: yup.

C: Night Jo

A/N: wow, what an awful filler chapter...

I'm rlly sry for taking so long to update, school has been killing me, I have been taking exams every single day for Idk how long... i honestly can't remember the last day when I didn't have any homework or to take a test, only today I had 4. And on the top of that, my mental health has never been worse, so yayy... 🥳🤩

I promise I did not forget about this story!
