"Make sure to welcome them like what we did before okay? Three families, and two couples ang dadating ngayon diba?"

Tumango sila. Tumango ako bilang tugon at tinanaw ang paparating na bangka.

I'm wearing the uniform of the resort. Gray itong polo shirt at may logo ng resort sa kanang bahagi ng dibdib. Naka maong shorts ako at naka ponytail. I'm wearing a white sneakers at may shades ako sa ulo. I smiled widely when the first family came.

We greeted them. Ngumiti ako sa mga ito.

"You must be Mrs. Yriarte"

The old woman nodded and smiled.

"You must be Ms. Ysabelle Gonzales"

I nodded and smiled.

"It's nice meeting you. Welcome to our resort. Hailey, will you please guide them to their casita?"

Hailey smiled at me. She stare at the old woman and smiled.

"Tara na po Ma'am."

Tumango ito at tinawag na ang atensyon ng asawa at mga anak na kinukuhanan ng litrato ang paligid.

"Enjoy your stay Ma'am."

Tumango ito at ngumiti bago sumunod kay Hailey. Huminga ako ng malalim.

It's been days simula ng magbukas ang resort. I did some revisions about the plans and schedules ng resort. Mabuti na lang at mabilis mag adjust ang mga staff at marunong silang makipag cooperate and makipag communicate if my suggestions and opinions sila.

"Ma'am, the management is calling po. Idi-direct ko na lang po sa linya niyo"

Sambit ni Tess. Tumango ako at tinapik ang balikat niya. Dumiretso ako sa opisina ko at sinagot ang tawag sa telepono.

"Good morning po. Ms. Ysabelle Gonzales po speaking"

[I just wanted to congratulate you Ms. Ysabelle for managing the resort so well. Ilang days pa lang nang mag-open ang resort nag e-exceed na ang performance nito.]

"Thank you po Sir"

Narinig ko ang tawa sa kabilang linya ng boss ko.

[Anyway, the Mayor's son wants to rent the resort next week. Is there any available date?]

Chineck ko ang mga date ng reservation next week at nakakita ng bakanteng araw.

"Next Wednesday po Sir available."

[Okay, I'll discuss that to him. Just reserve that date for him okay. I want it settled as early as possible]

Umirap ako. Gusto daw ma-settle ng maaga e hindi pa nga niya nakaka-usap kung anong planong gawin ng anak ng Mayor.

"Just let them coordinate with us sir. Para po malaman namin kung ano pong plano niya para sa stay niya."

He chuckled.

[Okay. Thank you for your hard work Ysa.]

"I wouldn't made it possible without the hardworking staff here Sir"

Tumawa siya sa kabilng linya.
