~ Clay's POV ~
Why did I think that? I don't even know what gender the neighboring kingdom's prince or princess is!
It doesn't really matter to me though, I figured out a while ago that I'm bisexual, but my parents don't exactly know yet; I've thrown out hints, but they haven't figured it out yet.
I plan on telling them. That's beside the point, I have no idea how this mysterious person is and I'm wondering if they're well... attractive!
Maybe I should talk to Sapnap about it? I think I will, he usually has good advice when I need it.
"Ughhhh, why is your room so farrrrrr!?" Sapnap whines, it usually takes 15 minutes to get to my room while walking.
There are multiple staircases to get to my room, I have gotten used to how many stairs there are but Sapnap isn't.
"We're almost there, Sap! Now shush, I feel like a mom!" I stated, I felt like a mother telling their kids off when they ask the classic line 'Are we almost there yet?'

"Finally! My legs hurt!" Sapnap whines again, throwing himself on my bed. "Oh, shush you big baby!" I say while laughing a little. Sapnap flips me off at the statement with a laugh, we talk for a while and then we read for a bit.
Well more I read, Sapnap HATES reading unless it's an action book but we sadly don't have many in our library. I ended up putting my book down to stare out the window, ending up to zone out causing Sapnap to notice.
"Are you alright Dream?" Dream was a nickname Sapnap made up because he states that I'm 'dreamy'. "I'm just thinking. I had a... odd thought earlier." I admit, it's better for him to know. "Well? What was it about exactly?" he asked, the words being laced with curiosity.
"Well... I had a thought and it's kind of embarrassing...?" I paused, should I tell him? Yes, I want to be honest with my best friend.
"I had a thought that maybe the prince or princess is well...attractive." I admitted, a bit nervously, saying that out-loud sounds weird. "Oh?" Sapnap questions, pausing for a second.
"Well, I guess you'll find out tomorrow huh? Maybe you can even choose them to marry if you get along since your parents will be letting you choose a king or queen to marry soon!" Sapnap says wiggling his eyebrows and laughing.
I laugh with him but in the back of my head that statement stays in my brain. Tomorrow eh? Makes me a bit more excited to meet this prince or princess.
