Assassination Classroom 18

Mio's POV

The other kids got the idea to use their parkour skills to get to class today. I went with them and kept ahead. When I saw the old man that they originally ran into, I stopped. This caused the others to stop just in time to avoid hitting him. I convinced them to not use the route again, scolding them about how if I didn't stop they would've ran into him. A flower shop worker came out at the sound of the comotion. The reaper.

After assuring him everything was fine, we continued to walk to class. I would donate money to the school he owned later. Maybe I could also get Nagisa to teach them still. After I told Kuro-Sensei about what almost happened, he still roped us into helping out. Looks like my worry was unnecessary this time. The plot prevails! 

I was playing different games like tag with the kids. I was holding back of course, so they still got to tag me now and again. It seemed like the kids liked me the most as many of them came to me instead of the others. Karma was trying to 'save me from the little monsters'.

Then, a girl with pink hair named Sakura got mad. As she was charging at Nagisa, the floor gave way. The teacher talked about how they didn't have the funds to remodel the place, so we volunteered to help. I was stuck with babysitting the kids with the teacher while they worked, seeing as I was at the bottom of a dog pile when I was going to help.

They held a play to help distract them. I was stuck as the princess thanks to the kids dressing me up as a girl. Everyone had something to do. Some were studying with the kids, or just playing with them. Soon, it became a game of hide and seek between Karma and the kids over me. Or maybe it was more like capture the flag? Yeah, definitely capture the flag.

Soon enough, two weeks had passed. The principal was very surprised at how much had changed while he was gone. It was kind of too perfect now, but that's fine. When it came to midterms, most of E Class got kicked out of the top spots. I still kept top thanks to my memorising skill, and past knowledge. We also got new gear from the government, combat suits. 

'Eon, two things. First, daily spin?'

I was already in my room when a screen showed up in front of me. I took my time looking through the store. In upgrades, it showed that I could buy physical forms for the systems if I wanted. This included animals, objects, or even people! It's expensive though.

"Hun, what are you still doing up?", Mom asked. "Ah, I was just going to bed," I replied. "Okay, goodnight," She whispered before closing my door. The next day, I got another cure piece. Something's going to happen eh? Probably the reaper.

[New Mission, get Irena a present.

Her birthday was four days ago.]

'No. I refuse.'

[B-But Jack!]

'No. I'm not getting that bitch anything. She's about to betray us.'

[Fine, Mission denied]

Everyone else was trying to pick out a present to have Karasuma give to her, but I was staying out of it. In the end, everything backfired for them. That was the last we saw of her for awhile. As they were talking about where she was, the flower guy came in. At first, I was the only one who noticed something was wrong. I directed some of my bloodlust to him, causing him to look at me as he kept talking. Then, the others started noticing as well.

He introduced himself as the reaper. He got Ritsu to bring up an image of Irena tied up. He then gave us instructions. Show up where he tells us as a class, no telling the teachers, or else we would get her back in pieces. Terasaka and his friends approached him, threatening him. He talked a little more before disappearing, leaving a map with the place.

Later that day, we entered the building in our combat suits. When we were all in, his voice came on and the door shut. After a few moments of us trying to negotiate, the floor started to move down. We were in a cage, and the reaper was our captor. We were quick to find a hollow spot and blast our way through, escaping the cage. As we were walking, the mic came back on. He was happy we escaped because it would be a good warmup for what he had in store. 

When we were planning our next move, Ritsu was hacked. As we heard the reaper approached, a few students charged forward. They, along with a few others, were quickly taken out. Thanks to my enhanced senses, I could clearly make out where he was. Before I could do anything, Nagisa stepped forward. All it took was one clap from the reaper, and Nagisa was stunned. He quickly attacked everyone else. I let him hit me as well.

After being hit, me and a few others snook away. I was completely separated from the others. When he found me, everything went in slow motion. My other skill eh? I easily dodged him and countered. He was quite surprised. "Wow, you must've been holding back earlier! This will be fun!", He said. "*Yawn* I'm too tired for this. I surrender," I said. He frowned for a moment before accepting my surrender.

We were all in the cage, so I curled up into the corner to sleep. Karma stayed by my side. I was woken up by Kuro-Sensei falling into the room. I ignored them and tried to sleep again. A few minutes later, there was a bang. "Guess I'm not getting anymore sleep," I grumbled. There was a lot more bangs and crashes as I tiredly sat next to Karma. Kuro-Sensei finally got through to Karasuma. I ignored them, opting to snuggle with Karma. He stroked my hair as he listened to the conversation. 

We soon decided to blend into the walls thanks to Sugaya, also taking the necklaces off thanks to Itona. We were in the camera's blind spot when some of the necklaces blew up. Kuro-Sensei had a natural camouflage and was on the floor. After hearing a splash, we got Kuro-Sensei to narrate the fight. He's not very good at it. 

In the end, Karasuma won. When we were free, I didn't stick around. I don't get enough sleep as is, so staying up this late isn't very good for me. I snuck back into my house, finally resting.
