Here we go for the first part of the Biodad!Jonathan Joestar AU! :)
This first part will etablish the AU's timeline, as ML take place in 2014/2015 there's going to had some modifications in the Jojo's timeline and in the ML's timeline to make them in accordance!
Not all events of the AU are listed in this timeline, some are surprises which will be discuss in future headcanons parts.

1888 - Phantom Blood's events happen.
1889 - Jonathan Joestar's and Dio's final fight.
-Jonathan's death and Dio's first death.
1910 - Robert Speedwagon found the Speedwagon Foundation.
1920 - Joseph Joestar's birth.
1938/1939 - Battle Tendency's events happen.
1954 - Holly Joestar's birth.
1979 - Holly marry Sadao Kujo and move to Japan.
1982 - Jotaro Kujo's birth.
1995 - Josuke Higashikata's birth
1998 - Dio awake from his 100 years slumber and use Jonathan's body.
1999 - Star Crusaders's events begin.
-Dio meet and seduce Sabine Cheng and had a one night stand with her.
2000 - Haruno Shiobana's birth.
-Marinette's birth.
-Sabine marry Tom Dupain who she met and fall in love with months after her trip in Egypt
-Tom Dupain adopt Marinette as his own daughter.
-Marinette became Marinette Joanne Dupain-Cheng.
2001 - Donatello Versus's birth.
2003 - Ungalo's birth.
-Rikiel's birth.
-Dio's death.
-Haruno Shiobana became Giorno Giovanna after his mother's marriage with an italian man and move to Italy.
2006 - Jolyne Cujoh's birth
2013 - Diamond is Unbreakable's events happen.
- Marinette had a high fever and later get her stand [Viva la Vida].
2014 - Emilie Agreste "disappear".
2014/2015 - The villain Hawkmoth begin his attacks on Paris.
- Marinette became the hero Ladybug.
-Miraculous Ladybug season 1/2
2015 - Miraculous Ladybug season 2/3
-Marinette meet and became friend with Luka Couffaine who is a stand user.
-Lila return and charm the class with her lies.
-Months later Lila's return, the liar keep her word and turn the whole class against Marinette.
-Miracle Queen happen before summer.
-Marinette became the new guardian of the Miracle box.
-Marinette go to the USA with her Nona for summer break.
-The Bizarre USA Adventures arc.
-Sabine and Tom adopt Donatello, Rikiel and Ungalo after arc's events.
2015/2016 - Golden Wind events happen.
-Marinette go to Italy for a field trip with her travel club.
-The Bizarre Mass resurection Mystery arc.
-Marinette, Donatello, Ungalo and Rikiel are visited by Jotaro at the Dupain-Cheng's bakery after arc's events.
-The Bizarre Family arc.
-Marinette, her parents, Donatello, Ungalo and Rikiel are invited at the Joestar's family reunion after the arc's events.
2016 - Hawkmoth became ally with the mysterious priest Pucci.
-The bizarre final showdown arc.
