History

Owen Foster was the first-born child in his family. He was raised well and his parents seemed to know what they were doing. He started taking piano lessons when he was five and took a liking to it immediately.  

When they were 9 his brother Alan was born and he was kind of bummed about the drop in attention to him, but it wasn't detrimental to him by a long shot. He realized he wanted to keep pursuing music after school so he got into a Liberal Arts university and started taking classes there. 

He and his brother were polar opposites and they never really got along, but as Owen grew up he learned to understand that that wasn't his fault and that it was out of his control. He got his Bachelor in Music and moved away on his own when he was 22. Things were ok for a while. He got a job at the museum and had his own place, and he was saving up money to move away. 

He'd been planning to move away for a while, just really wanting to get out of Maine. When he was 23 his parents died and Owen fought for custody of Alan. His mother's parents had already passed away and his father's grandparents lived in and old age home. They had an aunt and uncle that lived in Michigan but they were just,,,not good people and Owen knew it wouldn't play out well with Alan's track record. The court ruled it in Alan's best interest to move in with his older brother and so Owen won custody.
