Hey Let's Talk About the Overwatch 2 McCree Design

Warning: It's a rant. Be prepared. I lost braincells over this.

First of all: I mclove this man. 

He is voiced by the legend himself: Matt Mercer AND he got the cowboy aesthetic on point. But the Overwatch fandom is a strange place, just like every fandom. I have added on to the weirdness with a quarter of my fanfics, and I don't regret writing them. Giving Widowmaker a pet spider named Charlotte is the best thing I've ever written. Despite my small platform, I think that it can be ok for me to address certain things here and there with some of my opinions. As long as I don't always bombard you all with this kind of content, because you guys are here for the fanfics after all. Anyways here's the thing that has been bothering me:

Some people are saying that McCree got white-washed with his new design. I found this on twitter while I was in the search for some fanart of the new Overwatch 2 designs.

Because this has always been a thing with McCree. There is no consistency with as to what McCree's skin tone is. Comics, in-game skins, and sprays vary from yellow under tones to pink undertones.
