Chae Byeol

It was after school and I had to take the bus today. My mom and brother were meeting me up at the doctors today.

I pulled out my phone to make sure I would be at the bus stop on time.

I have 20 minutes.

I was sure I could make it on time. I walked ahead past the students that were leaving too.

"Chae Byeol"

A voice called out, I looked and saw it was Seojun holding a helmet.

He came up to me and handed me the helmet with a smile.

"Here."

I looked at the helmet.

"What's this?"

"Well, you also promised my mother so I thought I would give you something as well."

I laughed at that and handed him the helmet back.

"You don't have to be like this. I know you're only doing this cause of Sooho."

Right?

"True. Did you see his face this morning? He looked super annoyed!"

Seojun looked so happy it shocked me. The once best friends now laughing at the other's pain.

"You really put on a show."

He looked proud of himself. I looked back the at the time and knew I had to leave.

"Well, I have to go home. I got a doctor's appointment."

I simply stated and started to walk. Seojun stepped infront of me.

"I'll walk with you."

"Where's your bike?"

I didn't see it around.

"Oh I left it at Jugyeong's house."

"What?!"

I never thought he would leave it alone.

"To prove I would stop."

"Wow, you never fail to surprise me."

I walked passed him and he followed next to me. He started blabbing on his plans to mess with Sooho. He seemed so invested in it.

"All this for Sooho?"

"Of course, he deserves it. I can't believe you even started talking to him."

He scoffed.

"Unlike you, I don't hold grudges. It's best to move on."

"I am not done until he suffers."

I rolled my eyes and looked at my phone.
