"How was it?! How was it?! How was it?!" Wendy was literally screaming and jumping up and down on the bed, annoying Sooyoung about her date with Sungjae last week.

Sooyoung, who was awaken by Wendy's arrival in her apartment, covered herself with a pillow.

"Oh c'mon! I am your bestfriend but I haven't even received any updates about your date with him!. And, it has been a week now! Sooyoung~ can you please tell me what happened?? Was it a fail? Or, or...you guys are actually dating now?? OOMG!!" screamed Wendy while sitting down and showing some giggles.

Sooyoung got up with her eyes closed, a pillow on her lap.

"Can you please let me gather my thoughts first, Wendy. You literally just came here and became my alarm. You don't disturb people who are asleep you know." she let out a sigh, now focusing her angry stare at her bestfriend.

Wendy stood up, walked outside Sooyoung's room and headed to the kitchen then shouted, "I'll make you breakfast! But promise you have to tell me every single detail!! No buts!!"

Sooyoung just sighed, closing her eyes. Wendy is as interrogative as she is but she loves her. That's why she is her bestfriend.

Ten minutes later, Sooyoung already went out of her bed and walked towards the kitchen. Wendy was already done preparing breakfast and was cleaning the mess she made. They both sat down across each other and had a bite of the toasted sandwich with mayo and egg  which Wendy made. There were four sets of it.

After finishing the first set of sandwich, Wendy glanced at her bestfriend. Sooyoung noticed this and immediately chewed down her food, drank her milk until the glass was empty then looked at Wendy.

"I....uh....we...uh....the date was...uhmm....it went great...?" she finally said, looking at her bestfriend with a confused look.

"What's with the rising intonation at the end of your sentence? Aren't you sure that the date went well?" she asked, confused of her bestfriend's expression.

"Well, I felt it was great. But...but I'm not sure with Sungjae if he felt the same way." Sooyoung dropped down her gaze and focused on the empty plate on the table.

"What do you mean? Did he stop communicating with you after the date? Did you guys not see each other after that date?" Wendy grew more confused.

"No! I mean, we are still calling, and texting each other. We even met again, yesterday. He even became sweeter than before. He checks up on me when he has time. That's when he calls me."

"WHAAAAAAT??? ARE YOU GUYS DATING ALREADY???"

"No! I mean, not yet??"

"Sooyoung! What do you mean by not yet? And why did you sound like Sungjae did not enjoy your date last week? He seemed to love it! Look at how he cares for you now! He really does like you a lot, huh."

Sooyoung sighed, "I don't know Wendy. This just seems so strange to me. You know how I had a relationship with Eunkwang for years before and now, Sungjae?"

Wendy stoop up and went to her bestfriend across the table, who is now covering her face with her hands.

"Awwe Sooyoung." She hugged her and tapped her gently at the back. "You know you deserve all the love you wanted, right? Eunkwang, was supposed to be the one, but he didn't fight for you, for both of you. Now, Sungjae comes to you, showing his best to make you feel loved and cared. There's nothing wrong if you date him. It's Eunkwang's fault for letting you go. You are precious, Sooyoung. You need someone to make you feel that way. And, I think Sungjae's different from him. I can even see him marrying you! Haha well, I mean, he's hell serious girl. You should give him a chance."

"I am giving him a chance. It's just that, I don't know how will other people say when they get to know about this."

"It is your life, Sooyoung. Don't care about them. That's why people are so discreet nowadays because they are scared about other people's comment about their life when it is their life, you know. Only you can get ahold of your own life."

Sooyoung sighed.

"Do you like him?" Wendy asked, still hugging her bestfriend.

Sooyoung was surprised with the sudden question her bestfriend made.

"Well..?" Wendy looked at her bestfriend, putting her hands on top of Sooyoung's shoulders, waiting for an answer.

Sooyoung glanced up at Wendy and said, "I do."
