"So, we're done here. I'm glad you accepted the offer Sooyoung. Wendy was positive that you won't accept though." said Wendy's Uncle, looking at Sooyoung then at Wendy, smiling pleasantly.
"I don't say anything but that doesn't mean I am shy, Uncle. I want to show my talent to everyone." explained Sooyoung, looking at her bestfriend.
"Well, that's confidence! Okay. So, I'll see you in two days girls. I'll leave you two here. I still have another meeting to attend to." Wendy's Uncle bid adieu to the two.
Wendy and Sooyoung stayed inside the office for another hour, talking about things they have to bring in the next two days.
"Oh, Sooyoung. I want to go to the toilet. Do you wanna come with me?" asked Wendy.
"I wanna go to the cafe at the ground floor." Sooyoung replied, while standing up from the chair.
Wendy did the same thing and they both headed to where they want to go.
Sooyoung arrived at the cafe and ordered her favorite, iced americano. She didn't want to stay at the cafe so she decided to head back to the CEO's office, sipping her iced americano and looking down her steps.
"Sooyoung.." a familiar voice made Sooyoung's eyes left the ground and to the person who called her, standing in front her vision.
"Eun-..wh-why are you he-here?" stuttering, Sooyoung stared at the person in front of her, looking confused.
"Work. How about you? I haven't seen you in a while since we br--"
"I have to go." Sooyoung said, cutting off the man in front of her. She walked past the man and walked fast towards the elevator. She quickly pressed the going up button, waited, and held her iced americano.
"Why is he even here? This isn't his band's label company. Of all places, why here? Ugh!!" Sooyoung asked herself in annoyance.
Just when the elevator opened and gestured herself in it, she bumped into someone she didn't notice inside the elevator. And, another unlucky day has happened to her.
