Chapter 27

Danielle's POV

"Can I have Jaina and Barrett over tonight" I asked "of course bambina do you want me to stay at home" she asked "what no I want you to stay here and drink with us" I said "okay Bella whatever you want" she said "are you ready to go" I asked "Si let's go" she said. Stefania and I pulled up to the house and my god am I involve with it already. It is a 1 story house on a big block of land plenty of space for Jeff to run around, we drove down the drive way the house looks very modern it is grey rendered with white and black sections. "It is a very pretty house wow" Stefania said placing her hand on my thigh, we got out of the car and walked up to the real estate agent "Hi I'm Alex, so nice to meet the both of you" she said "Hi I'm Danielle and this is my girlfriend Stefania" I replied as she shook both of our hands. "Let's start inside" Alex said walking up the little step of the front door.

We walked through the house and my god is it stunning, "okay so this is a 4 bedroom house with a study, it has 2 lounge rooms , a big kitchen, very spacious laundry. The Master bedroom has a massive walk in robe and a bathroom through that little hallway" Alex said as we walked into the main bedroom which would be mine and Stefania's. "If you keep following me there is a bedroom here which has a bathroom through that door which also connects to another bedroom on the other side" she said as we walked through the very spacious rooms. "Then we have the kitchen here and the dinning room directly across from it, the second lounge room is also just off the dining room" Alex continued going through everything in the house. "It is really beautiful hey" Danielle whispered to Stefania "Si I think I'm in love" the brunette replied. "We are almost done inside just down this hallway you have the main bathroom here, and another 2 bedrooms and the laundry all down there" Alex said as she motioned for us to go down the hall way and have a look.

Stefania's POV

"What price are they asking" I asked as we finished our tour of the house and were looking around outside "They are asking for 1.2 million" Alex said "okay thank you we will go and talk about it and get back to you shortly" Danielle replied "perfect thank you for coming out hope to hear from you" she said as Danielle and I walked off to the car. "1.2 million is very expensive Stefania" Danielle said as we got into the car "yeah it is but just forget about the money for a minute do you love the house" I asked "I do I really do how about you" she asked "I do I think it was made for us, it is a bit big for us at the moment but eventually it will be the perfect house" I said as we started driving to Danielle's house. "Do you think it is worth 1.2 though" she asked "we can probably get it down to just 1 million" I replied "but that is still expensive" she said "but if you think about if you sell your house you already have the money for it and that isn't even including me In the equation" I said "that's very true" she said "plus I sell my house and then we don't even have to go into any debt for the house or use any of our savings and we will have more then enough if we have to spend any money on the house" I said "let's think about it over the weekend and then we can give her a call" Danielle said.

Danielle's POV

"Jaina, Barrett oh my god I have missed you both so much" I said as I opened the door pulling them in for a hug "Danielle we have missed you too" Barrett said "How was Italy" Jaina asked as they both entered the house walking over to the kitchen, "it was amazing so glad I finally got to go and meet Stefania's family" I replied "Drinks" I added "Please" both of them said. "Where is the only women I would turn gay for" Barrett asked laughing "she took Jeff for a walk she will be back soon" I replied handing them both a beer from the fridge. "Stefania and I are moving in together" I said "about time" Barrett said "are you nervous about it" Jaina asked "not really I mean we already stay with each other every night so it isn't going to make much of a difference I don't think" I said "that is very true, are you staying at your house or moving to Stefania's" Jaina questioned "Neither actually we are planning on buying a house together" I said "oh wow that is a very big step" Jaina said "yeah I know I was a little uncertain but we went and looked at a house today and I'm telling you both I could see Stefania and I living there and having a family at that house watching our kids grow up" I said smiling softly. "I have never seen you so involve" Barrett said. "There is one more thing I need to tell you before Stefania gets back" I said "Stefania's father showed me a ring one night in Italy" I said catching both of the girls off guard "like as in an engagement ring" Jaina asked "yeah it was her mums ring and he told me that when I am ready I should call him and he will have it delivered to my door to propose to her with" I said "oh my gosh no way" Barrett screamed.
