Fifth Year:

Roxanne and I were in the common room, talking about muggle actors when Teddy and James entered the room, trying to catch their breaths.

Roxanne sighed and closed her eyes, "Should I ask where my idiot twin is, or am I gonna regret it anyways?"

"Fred is in detention after pranking Hufflepuffs and Slytherins to go on a date." Teddy answered, sitting next to me.

"That. Was. Wicked." James laughed and sat on the arm chair.

"What was?" I wasn't really paying attention to them, instead, I was watching the fire.

"You wont believe what we stole from my dad's office." James said. "Time turner thingy. The one that Aunt Hermione used to have."

"No way!" Roxanne whispered, looking around to see if anybody paid attention to us. "Can I burrow it?"

"No! We are suppose to us it first!" Teddy warned.

I rolled my eyes and decided to join their conversation for real. "What are you going to use it for?"

James got up from his seat and jumped on the table in front of us. "I wanna see the future, make sure that I will still have hair when I'm old."

Teddy joined him on the table and took something out of his pocket.

The time turner.

"And I wanna go back in time! Get revenge on that girl who dared to tell me I'm ugly."

I chuckled, "you're joking, right?"

"What would you do then, Wood?" James asked, sarcasm in his voice.

I thought for a minute. "I don't know. I guess I would like to meet Cedric Diggory. The boy my dad used to tell me stories about. He sounds like an interesting person to meet."

James jumped off from the table and dragged me up from the floor. "Well then, Wood, here's your chance to meet this Diggory guy." He grabbed the Time Turner from Teddy before he could do anything and put it on himself and me.

"Potter, are you mad! We can't just go back in time! We will-" before I could finish, he started playing with it.

"James, stop it." Roxanne got up to help, along with Teddy.

"No worries, if I could just-"

I hit his hand and tried to change the turner back to normal. "You're going to brake it!"

"Oh, come on. It's not like we will-" before he could finish his sentence, I felt dizzy, like we were spinning around.

Both mine and James' hands were on the turner as it turned around like crazy.

Suddenly, we found ourselves in the middle of the common room, alone.

"Potter, I swear to Merlin, I'm going to kill you one day!" I took the necklace from him and put it in my pocket.

"What time is it?" He asked, looking around the common room.

At first, everthing looked the same. But then I realized the stuff in common room didn't look that old. The curtains were bright red and the pictures on the wall looked at us with confused faces.

"I think we went back to lunch time." I answered.

We heard footsteps coming from upstairs, maybe three or four people. I looked at James and he looked at me. We heard people laughing, they were boys, and they were coming downstairs.

"Prongs! I told you already-"

A boy with dirty blond hair entered the room and stopped talking when he saw us. After him, three more boys entered the room, still laughing together. One of the boys had long black hair, and next to him was standing a burnette boy with round glasses. Behind them was a boy with blond hair, he was shorter than the other three.
