"Little girl, just because your birthday was last week does not mean you can destroy the house." Lennox and Steve had moved back into their house after six months since their date.

Natasha decided she'd stay at the compound because someone needed to keep it in order. Scarlett had just turned three and Lennox was home alone with the monster.

Lennox's phone started to ring, "Hello?" Lennox answered as she continued to pick up the toys.

"Lennox!" Said a cheerful voice.

"Tony?"

"How did you know?" Tony questioned the female on the other side of the phone.

"I know your voice, what's up?" Lennox replied, she was praying in her head that there was not another bad guy to fight since Steve and Rhodey were on a mission together.

"I heard that you and Cap have a daughter, if you didn't know Pep and I have a daughter around the same age and she gets pretty bored so i was wondering if you would come over with your daughter. Plus Pepper misses you, we have wine." Tony said the last part persuasively.

"Of course, i'll be over in an hour."

Lennox walked into Tony Starks house holding the little hand of Scarlett, they had alpacas and a beautiful home in woods. The house had a cabin structure, the architecture was stunning.

"Hey." Lennox announced hesitantly as she just let herself into the house, she could see Pepper and Tony bickering about what looks to be dinner.

"Tony, you can't do that you have to preheat the oven first." She flailed her arms in front of his face pointing at the buttons on the oven.

"How was i supposed to know!"

"You just do," Pepper pressed the buttons on the stove and turned to see Lennox staring at them trying to choke back her laugh. "Lennox, who might this blonde baby be?" Pepper knelt down and smiled at the baby.

"Natasha Scarlett Jane Rogers, but we call her Scarlett. She's three now." Lennox proudly stated smiling at her daughter, "We adopted her a few months after coming back from space, she likes Steve more but it's whatever." She laughed slightly trying to move past the fact that she just talked about a traumatic memory in the kitchen of two people who weren't present and were already trying to move past it. Then a brunette haired little girl flew down the stairs excited to meet her new friend.

"Morgan slow down." Pepper warned cutting the vegetables on the cutting board. Morgan scrunched up her face at distaste of Peppers words.

Scarlett waved her chubby hands at Morgan who did the same. Scarlett loved talking to strangers and smiling at them, she loved new people and animals. Lennox always said that if Steve and Scarlett were dogs they would be golden retrievers because of how gentle and happy they are, like fluffy in a way.

"You kids can go play." Tony said shooing them away, Lennox sat down at the island table and took vegetables off the cutting board while Tony poured her wine. "So how's the team?" He nonchalantly questioned.

"Did you invite me over so i can tell you about the team?" Lennox squinted her eyes at Tony who scoffed at her accusation. "Fine, we are all doing fine. The team is the same frat house it's always been, except now we are raising a child and have more responsibility." Lennox took a sip of her wine. "Life still sucks but we try. That's all that matters" Pepper gave a comforting smile. "But you guys have alpacas, i didn't think you were those kinds of people."

"We're not." Pepper chuckled, "Tony thinks we are, he just likes the fact they are called alpacas." Pepper took a sip of Tony's wine while Tony sent her an offended look.

"Your house is beautiful and Morgan looks just like Tony, i hope she has your personality Pep." Lennox took a jab at Tony's ego, his enormous ego needed to be deflated like a balloon.

"Haha, does your husband know you are here." Tony shot back, Lennox's eyes went wide.

"No he doesn't, Nat does. Steve's on a mission, i don't want to distract him. He gets anxious when Scarlett and I leave the house without him." Lennox finished the wine and handed the glass to Tony for him to fill it up. "Natasha is the only person right now who actually cares how i am feeling, i'm feeling crazy being stuck inside the house with a toddler." Lennox sighed, "Then i have no idea where my brother is or what he is doing, so that's fun."

"Wow, that's sad." Tony snarked, Lennox smacked him from across the table. "Ow." Lennox stuck her tongue out at the man.

"Don't be saying those snarky remarks i'm not the one with gray hair." Lennox remarked in a snide manner. Tony eyed up the Avenger, Pepper tried to keep her laughter in, and the little stomps from the kids could be heard from the kitchen.

Their house was a calm safe haven almost, there was a picture of Tony and Peter, then a picture of all the original Avengers but other than that it was completely knew with no talks about the blip. They were gone and as of right now there was no way to bring them back so everyone lived with that. But for the moment Lennox felt relaxed and not reminded, Lennox felt like Scarlett was an actual kid who didn't grow up with Avengers she actually had a friend who she could interact with and Lenna felt like the rich mom who got to drink wine.

"I like your nails Lennox they are very pink." Tony pointed out.

"Scarlett picked out the color, it's funny because she hates pink. She loves blue, so it was quite odd that she picked pink."
