hey, so i'm posting these for your inspo and to keep track of what I'm doing right/wrong so i can successfully shift!
ive known about shifting for almost a year, but i am now committed to shifting (as of march 2021)

my routine:
🌞
- affirm
- drink water
- meditate
- study script and visuals

🌚
- affirm
- shower + other forms of self-care
- take any last-minute bites and/or sips of water before starting to shift
- study script and visuals for a bit
- get sleepy then begin to shift

and usually i shift 3-4 times a week, taking 1-2+ day breaks after every 1-2 shift attempts

this works for me but do whatever works for you! do not shift everyday; you'll wear yourself out.
