- notes? was supposed to shift that night but was very tired so i forgot. but i had a few dreams.
- pt. 2? had a dream about bruce banner (which for some reason his real name was bruce brahl and not mark ruffalo) in some action movie and another one of my favorite movies (in the dream) called "the eighties movie" which i really enjoyed because of the music, and found out that marsai martin liked the movie as well.
- pt. 3? had a dream about the littlest pet shop thing, and i was trying to collect this one character that was so pretty but for some reason was hard to get.
- pt. 4? had a dream that i (who was some random guy) was on family feud in the early-2000s.
- pt. 5? i did meditate earlier in the day for ten minutes while repeating affirmations but DO NOT MEDITATE OR SLEEP WITH 7Hz WAVES because i felt a sharp pain around my left lower stomach, and i did put on the first avengers movie with 6hz waves right before bed.
