- notes? felt numb at first, started affirming but fell asleep.
- pt. 2? had a dream that i hung out with anthony mackie & sebastian stan, another dream that i went to this new school that was really big, and another where my childhood friend wanted to "do the deed" with me.
- pt. 3? it's crazy how all of my dreams that night are similar to the events i scripted in my DR.

- notes? i was nearly successful, as i felt like i was floating, until my mom tells me that she needs my help with something in the morning. i try again, and then get interrupted by my dog barking. i was frustrated so i just went to bed.
- pt. 2? took a nap and tried to shift again. felt like i was floating and falling, but i fell asleep. i had a dream that i found out my childhood friend was cousins with these girls i knew from when i was in girl scouts.
