- method? Julia
- notes? Fell asleep too early, no symptoms, but I had a dream that i sailed all the way to Canada, then somewhere else I had a dream that drake hosted a book club event at a book store and the store worker kept annoying me and telling me that i couldn't buy anything, no matter what book i picked out, and another dream that this kid hosted a secret concession stand after school and i got some snacks.
- pt. 2? i haven't been thinking about shifting a lot, nor even thinking about my DR.

- method? Julia
- notes? read script and went over visuals, meditated with theta waves + affirmations for ten minutes, watched a marvel movie until i felt really sleepy, then got in my shifting position, said affirmations, and fell asleep.
- pt. 2? had a dream that rhodey and i helped set up the dads and donuts event at school.
