breaks are important, y'all.

hey,

it's been 2+ weeks since i started taking this whole shifting thing seriously. i love this shifting journey, however, breaks are okay sometimes. not just little breaks in between. if i'm going to shift successfully, i need to practice meditating, and doing things that i enjoy in my CR. it is likely i'm going to take a big break soon, since i have headaches and stuff, and testing is right around the corner, but PLEASE take breaks. maybe a week minimum to get your mind together, and to get things done in your CR. drink water, dance to your favorite music, chat with others, clean your room, do some chores, get your homework done, steam your face, watch a movie, take a walk. you're going to shift soon, and your DR isn't going anywhere. if you feel unmotivated, anxious, depressed, sick, or just out of place, give yourself at least a week to focus on something else. this doesn't mean you should give up, because you're going to shift, no doubt. just don't make it an unhealthy obsession.
