- notes? my mind wandered and got woken up by my dog at like 4am. but i had a dream that i kinda posted something inappropriate (i roasted my brother on my Spanish homework) and it was so bad that somehow i got banned from Chuck E. Cheese??? BUT i saw white lights and my feet got numb as usual.

- notes? i tried to count this time, and my whole body felt like it was floating. had a couple of dreams though, and visuals were clear again.
- pt. 2? dreamt that i went to my grandmother's house, but i felt trapped and uncomfortable.
- pt. 3? i meditated today and i felt the choking symptom. it wasn't choking like in a way that someone puts their hands on you, but like a choking where you have to hold back your tears. i wasn't sad at the moment but i felt this weird choking.

- notes? felt pressure on my head and lower body felt light. just had a dream that mike wazowski just started cussing and got very angry when we were at the monsters inc factory.
- pt. 2? i also got thins thing from tiktok where someone shifted to AOT after playing AOT in the background on their tv. I tried it with captain america: tws but as you can see im typing this out to you ://.
- pt. 3? i did have some ear ringing.
