I don't know if you guys are having a problem with my late updates...but I'm sorry anyway. I am currently working on two very different books, and it gets hard to update frequently. A person can only write so much 😪

But please.. be patient and stay with me. I NEED YOU. ALL OF YOU!

If it weren't for you guy's motivation, I'd long delete 'Destined Mohabbat'.

"Tum?!" I exclaim with wide eyes as his face from last night flashed across my mind.

"What are you doing here?" We ask.

"Are you stalking me?!" For the third time in unison.

"Pfft! How can I be stalking you? This is my house."

"This is Ayan uncle's house, who is an old friend of my dad. So I should be the one asking what are you doing here?" He crossed his arms over his chest, narrowing his eyes at me.

"Oh, I know! You must be the maid here. Jhadu poocha, bartan, and stuff. Nai?"

"Mera to pata nai, aapko badi jaankari hai in baaton ki. Kaha seekha?" I ask, wiggling my brows.

"Wahi jaha aapne seekha." He retorted before seriousness took over his face. "Sahi bolo what are you doing here? I know I am handsome af, but sorry to break it to you, lekin, you are not my type."

"Kon bole aap handsome af hai? Mujhe to nai dikhre utne." I sassed bitterly.

"Ab ye to aapke nazar ka kusoor hai na. I know a very good eye specialist. Kal ka appointment book kardu?" He blinked his eyes, like the innocent butterfly he was, making me scoff.

"Aapka doctor aapko mubarak. Mai nai jaatu kisi avyein doctor ke paas." I say crossing my arms over my chest, and look away. The scene from two days ago replaying in my head.

The poor lit rooms, stinky corridors, scary-looking doctors with which huge mustache, and their equally scary-looking nurses with their sarees, sent a shiver down my spine. I am never going to set foot in these hospitals ever again.

"Aw, baby ku darr lagra?" He mimicked.

"Darr baby ku nai, baba ku lagna chahiyea." I say, addressing him as baba.

"Tum--"

"Bhaiya," A voice called from behind me, cutting him off. I turned my head to find the youngest Abdullah making his way towards us.

Bhaiya? I look incredulously between the two men.

He is his brother? Fahad Abdullah?

A sense of panic crawled up my insides. Iska rishta aaya mere liyea?

Ya Allah Khair!

"Baji?" Imraan's voice ringed in my ears as I looked at him, replying meekly.

"Huh?"

"Aapku kiya hua? You're paling!" He said, checking my forehead. I gulped peeking at Fahad. The very thought of me being married to him made cold sweat run down my temple.

Mar jaungi magar iski biwi nai banungi!

"Tum itna pyaar se kyu hai ye kaamwali se?" He asked his brother, who gave him a ridiculed look.
