Daniel P.O.V.

Emily is five months pregnant and the baby is perfectly healthy. We didn't want to know the gender, so we are waiting until the baby is born.

Emily and I are walking on the beach and Emily is pushing Noah in the stroller. We are discussing baby names and whether or not we think it's a boy or a girl.

"It feels the same," Emily says.

"But you look so different than when you were pregnant with Noah."

"Well, no matter how fat I look, we still need names for both a boy or a girl," she replies.

"Emily! You aren't fat! You are pregnant. I told you that while you were pregnant with Noah, too."

"Okay, I get it."

"Good. Now, we need some names," I say.

"Okay. Let's start with girl names. Nora?" she suggests.

"No. That sounds too much like Noah. How about Sar-," I begin.

"NO. N-O Daniel. We are not naming our child after your ex girlfriend," she yells.

"I'm sorry. I-I wasn't thinking. Let's forget that I even said that, okay."

She just nods.

"Wes. I love that name," she says excitedly.

"I love it, too," I say while smiling.

"What about if you have a girl?" I ask.

"How about Harper?"

"It sounds perfect. Wes Conrad? After my dad? And Harper Marie?"

"I love it!" Emily squeals.

"Did we agree?"

"I think we did, Mrs. Grayson," I say and I stop her, bringing her face to mine. We stare at each other's eyes and then our lips meet. She pulls away to breathe and we start walking again.

"They're perfect," she says.

We get back to the house and Emily puts Noah down for his nap. I make lunch for the two of us and we sit in the kitchen and eat. We talk about the nursery and when I am going to go back to work. Emily insists that I go back right away. She says she will be able to handle it and she says that Nolan, Jack, or Charlotte could come over quickly because they live so close. We finish lunch and then we go to the living room and watch some T.V. Emily wants to watch a movie, so she puts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. That is the first movie we watched together. We sing along and quote the characters.

Emily quotes Jeremy:
"What a funny noise it's making!"

I quote Caractacus:
"It's talking to us--all engines talk!"

Emily says Jemima's part as well:
"What's it saying?"

I say:
"It's saying--"

Then, we both sing together:
"Chitty chitty, chitty chitty, chitty chitty, chitty chitty,
chitty chitty,
(Bang - Bang)
Bang Bang!
chitty chitty
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Chitty Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Oh you pretty Chitty Bang Bang,
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
We love you.
And, in
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
What we'll do.
Near, far, in our motor car Oh what a happy time we'll spend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend.
Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Oh you pretty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
We love you.
And, in
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
What we'll do.
Near, far, in our motor car
Oh what a happy time we'll spend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend."

Emily takes a solo and sings Jemima's part:
"You're sleek as a thoroughbred.
You're seats are a feather bed.
You'll turn everybody's head today."

Then, I sing Caractacus's part:
"We'll glide on our motor trip
With pride in our ownership
The envy of all we survey."

Then, we both sing together again:
"Oh Chitty You Chitty
Pretty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
We love you.
And Chitty, in Chitty
Pretty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang what we'll do.
Near Chitty, far Chitty, in our motor car Oh what a happy time we'll spend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend.
Bang Bang Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Our fine four fendered friend.....(hold)
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Fine four fendered Chitty Chitty friend."

We both high five each other at the end of the song. Soon, though, she falls asleep on my shoulder. Then, Noah starts to cry, so I carefully get up and carry Emily upstairs. I put her in our bed, then I go into Noah's room and calm him down. Once he is sleeping again, I bring him into our room and I lay him down next to Emily. I climb into bed and fall asleep with my two favorite people.
