"10 minutes late! Stay outside" Miss Carson smoothly said.

Oh god is there something good in the morning.

"Miss I have reason please let me in" I pleaded. She coldly stared at me as if I'm just nothing here.

"No-" someone interrupted her.

Her sister, Janine.

Seryoso ba silang magkapatid sila. I mean hindi sila magkamukha.

"Yes, you can go inside Ricks. Ako na bahala dito " She said and smirked.

I nodded. "E-xcuse me po makikiraan lang" Miss Carson still blocking the door. She crossed her arms and raised her brows.

"Explain " she shortly said. I stopped by her side and sighed.

"Jam it's my fault. I ran through her this morning and I borrowed her time. Please let her in, I promise this won't happen again"

Wala sa sariling napangiti ako. Janine is a sweet talker. I bet her grumpy sister can't resist.

Miss Carson sighed deeply. But glared at me.

'Bakit ba lagi mo nalang ako sinasamaan ng tingin. Parang lahat ng pasan mo sa mundo sa akin mo pinapasalo'

"Tell me are you together now?" My eyes widen in disbelief. How could she!

"Miss Carson" Gulat kong sagot..

Is Janine really a lesbian but how.

I scanned Janine's reaction but she awkwardly laughed.  What was that?

"Not now but—" Janine said. Ano bang sinasabi niya.

Bumaling siya sa akin at ngumiti. "If your student would allow me, why not. I like her" Malambing niyang sagot

Goodness gracious! What is she's talking about.

Gulat parin ako at hindi ko magawang maibuka man lang ang bibig ko.

Miss Carson suddenly left without saying a word. Ano nalang iisipin niya!

Then I remember her words last night

'I don't want you for my sister '

"JAN—!"

"You don't have to say anything. S-orry for being fast. It came out natural and I'm sorry" She lowered her gazed while playing with her thumb.

"I- don't know what to say. I'm going" Nagmamadali kong sagot. Akmang bubuksan ko ang siradura pero pinigilan niya ako.

I looked at her not showing any emotion. I'm pissed off! With her and her grumpy sister which is literally my teacher

"Did I scare you?" She slowly said.

"Of course! You did. What you have told me is scaring me, sorry for the words but I'm just being honest here. I treasured our friendship but I don't swing both ways like yours. Hope you understand " Diretso kong sagot.

'I'm sorry for being too honest Jan. I treasure friendship over relationship'.

"Hey it's okay. You can reject me with a No but no harsh words" malungkot niyang sabi. aww! Am I overreacting?

My ghud I'm freaking out!

"I'm sorry for being harsh, please understand. " .

"I guess I really scared you to the bones. I'll go ahead" She usually smiled at me from ear to ears but this time she save it.
