I'm on my way to Rosie's school. Dalawa sa kamay ko ay hawak hawak ang lunch box na nakalimutan nya. Bawat madaanan kong studyante ay binabati ako kaya todo bigay ako sa pag ngiti.

Good mood ako kahit late na ako sa meeting ko. They can wait while my girlfriend is not. 

Hindi pa ako nakakatok ay kusa ng bumukas ang pinto. Inaabangan talaga ako nito. My lips twirl upon looking my goddest girlfriend. "You forgot your lunch, baby." I said and leaned on her lips to plant kiss.

*TSUP*

"Thank you but you don't have to deliver this personally. I can eat at school cafeteria, I believe there is an urgent meeting you should attend to. Put your work first before me, Rickelyn."

"No. I can't just go on that meeting while my girlfriend is hungry. Come on baby, wait a moment. I'll prepare this for you."

I unpacked the lunch boxes plastic cover and prepared her favorite meals..I took glance on my watch and I still have 15 mins left but that's still not enough, kahit anong madali ko mal-late pa din ako.

I heard her sigh behind my back. "Get your ass out of here and do your thing."

Lumapit ako sakanya and held her well ratios waist. "We'll eat Together, sabay na tayo nagugutom na din ako eh." Sabi ko at kunwaring hinihimas ang tyan ko.

She slightly pinched me in my stomach. "Gosh, I told you to eat there Rickelyn."

"Why you keep calling my name."

"Coz that's your name, stupid". Straight forward nyang sabi habang nakatitig sakin

"I mean, you supposed to call me baby. Don't you like it? You used to call me like that."

"I don't want baby, I want you." Sabi nya sabay tayo.

I grinned upon hearing what she said. "Don't turn your back at me after saying those words." Kinikilig kong sabi.

Parang bored nya ako tiningnan. "What are you saying? It's just a normal words. You don't have to kilig."

Tsk. Sya nga itong nagb-blush eh. Aasarin ko pa sana kaso may tumatawag sa phone ko.

Masuri nyang sinulyapan yung unknown caller sa phone screen ko.

"Who's that?"

"Give me a second, okay." Sabi ko. Lumayo ako onti at ngumiti ako ng malapad sakanya ng hindi parin umaalis sa pwesto.

"I won't be long, what is it?"

"Ma'am, kanina ka pa po nila hinihintay. Kung gusto mo daw po humanap kana ng ibang designer sabi ni miss Amanda."

Napapikit ako sa inis. "Hey, tell her I'm on my way. Thank you."

"Ahmm, I'm sorry I have to go baby."

Tumango siya bilang tugon. "I don't know what are you up to and I don't wanna ask. Just be careful and don't cheat."

"Of course, baby. I love you." I said and claimed her lips passionately. It's been a week since I'm busy and I miss her kisses every single day. I'm thankful coz she's not asking my whereabouts.

"I love you too, drive safely."

Paalis na ako nang may maalala ako. "I won't be home tonight... Is it okay?.."

Kunot-noo nya akong tinapunan ng tingin. She heaved a long sigh and nodded upon my request.

I know, she's been plotting questions and scenarios at the back of her mind but she chose not to ask.

Dali dali akong nagmaneho at nagparada sa labas ng malaking building na pag-aari ni Amanda. I can't believe she chooses the path she don't want to.

"Good afternoon, ma'am. Nasa office po si miss Amanda."
