I watched as the crimson liquid dropped towards the ground as if in slow motion. Following the seemingly endless streams as they paved a path down from my wrist and a splattered into the small puddle resting on the bathroom floor.

Tears streamed down my face as I realized what I had done. I dropped the letter opener in the sink and stood shakily staring at it. I jerked my wrist towards my chest to cradle it to my body as another wave of pain radiated from my arm.

"M-Michael....help...m-me", I started to scream, but flashes of before stopped me. I stared at the bruise resting on my inner forearm and started to think about what the girls said before they had attacked me; 'Your'e a burden to him.' 'You only cause him stress' 'He doesn't need you.'

What if they're right?

" I'll clean this up; he doesn't need to worry-"

"Chloe, you ok in there? You've been in there a while," a sudden voice at the door startled me and made me jolt, which caused pain to shoot up my arm.

"Chloe! Are you ok? You know what, don't answer. I'm coming in." Michael. No. He can't know about this.

I quickly grabbed a towel hanging on the door and tried to clean the mess off the floor, as the door swung open.

Michael stood there, staring at the blood drenched towel, then looked up at me.

"C-Chloe?", he stuttered out in a whisper as he saw the arm craddled to my chest. He reached out timidly and grabbed my arm. His eyes watered as he saw what layed upon my wrist and the flinch that was wrecked from my body.

"Why? Why didn't you come to me? I'm always going to be here for you. You could have told me if anything was wrong-", he started but I interrupted him.

"I'm always doing that! I'm just a burden to you!"

"How could you think that? I love you with my whole being. Now come here so I can clean this up. And don't think I don't see that bruise."

Woah....its been like a whole 3 months since I've updated....wow...I'm so sorry about that, but here you go Chloe. Sorry about the ending.
