Eren's Fight and Deja Vu

It was a new day, though nothing was new at all. Plus things were getting worse. The wall had a hole and Titans were entering. We were assigned to protect civilians. Eren converted into a Titan and took a boulder on his back to cover the hole. Rico Brzenska ordered everyone to protect Eren at all costs.

Even if it costs our lives. I was prepared to do whatever it takes to protect Eren.

While Eren was moving with boulder, I spot two Titans approaching him from South East. I deployed to take care of them. It took few minutes to find their opening. I cut their knees as soon as possible, then cut their napes. I could see Rico and Armin deploying in other direction to defeat other Titans. We couldn't call anymore scout to help us as they were busy evacuating civilians and Levi has strictly ordered us to look after this area. Hence, we were for each other.

I saw a Titan approaching Eren beside the hole in the wall and at the same time two groups of Titans coming from two opposite directions. I was enraged and helpless again.

I rushed towards one of the groups and sent Rico to the other while Armin will take care of the Titan near the hole. We deployed as planned. I was kind of in haste to save Eren. I quickly tried to go for their napes but failed. I growled. I grappled and moved quickly between them cutting every part possible, including their napes. I was so furious after I completed this place, I went to Rico's and helped her. I was panting hard. "Darn these Titans!" escapes my lips. 

Just then we heard Titans' roars from a distant. "Damn! There are more coming soon in our way!" Rico cried. I remembered about the Titan on Armin's side. I quickly grappled and left. The Titan was about to catch Armin. Damn. I rushed there. Eren's also almost reached. I didn't care about gas consumption or what will happen after. I will save Eren and Armin at all cost.

I reached them, just in time. I helped Armin to tackle that Titan. Armin attacked its legs, distracting it for a second, giving me an opening. I rushed and cut its nape. "We Did It!" Armin exclaimed. I was exhausted that whole of my body was aching and would fall off any time. Just then Eren placed the boulder covering the whole. We sighed a relief. I checked my gas was empty so I asked Armin to check on Eren. He nodded and grappled to Eren.

Rico reached us. I heard a loud cry of Titans. I was looking the direction of the source of the sound, when Armin exclaimed, "Eren can't come out of his body!" I was shocked. My mind suddenly stopped working. What should I do? What should I do? Rico advanced to Eren and cried "There's no time to think... We need to cut him out". I was a bit concerned. I was about to stop Rico but she took her blades and cut Eren out. I was afraid. "Is he alive?" I asked. Armin checked and replied, "Yes". I was so happy that Eren survived but my happiness didn't last long as the Titans approaching us arrived. 

"Darn you Titans" Rico said and grappled. There were five Titans. She said her gas is about to run out. I couldn't do anything but watch helplessly, watching her taking down two Titans. Suddenly, in mid-air, her gas ran off and a Titan grabbed her. Armin charged to help her, giving unconscious Eren to me. I held him closer and looked the scene scared. Tears formed on my eyes but I didn't let them fall, until Armin was in grasp of the other Titan.

I wished to end this nightmare and wake up if it is a nightmare. I closed my eyes in fear. Just then I sensed a shadow appear. I opened my eyes to see a shadow, speeding itself on napes of the Titans killed them in a blink of an eye, and there he stood, standing tall on the dead body of the Titans.

Levi.

"Oi Brats! What are you all doing in a place like this?" he asked. I hear Eren saying "Wings Of Freedom". Suddenly a scene flashed in my mind. The dream I had. I saw something similar. Levi saving us from a group of Titans in some kind of auditorium type area. The scene was unclear yet his face saying "Oi Brat!" was clear. I don't know but I felt my cheeks growing pink and I hiding a smile behind my scarf. I cut it off and snapped back to reality.

Levi asked what happened here and Rico reported him. He then smoked a green flare for the reinforcements to come. "The Remaining Titans inside the walls are taken care. Now I can stay away from these filthy creatures for few moments at least", he whispered to himself which I could hear.

Few moments later, Hanji and other reinforcements arrived and they brought carriages for us to get us back to the Quarters. When we reached, Commander Erwin met us and asked the whole scenario. Levi and Rico told him whole story, then we were dismissed. I and Armin helped Eren to go to his bed. Then I left to my room. Finally the day ended.
