Next day, early morning, I woke up, or I should say I didn't sleep whole night. I was tensed about today. We got up and prepared.

"Soldiers! Today is the last day you get to see me here. From tomorrow, either you all will be with Erwin and others or live enough to start leading a normal life.

Today, changes the course of our lives as well as Humanity's Life.

So, For the Last time, in the Name of Humanity,

SHINZOU WO SASAGEYO (GIVE YOUR HEARTS)" Levi said to the soldiers and we all deployed.

It was a fierce battle with casualties in both sides.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Eren emerged in his new form.

Armin and Reiner started fighting him while, Annie was helping us in taking down more Titans on our side.

We were so busy with our battles, we didn't notice Gabi appeared out of nowhere and shot Eren, decapitating his head with an Anti Titan Gun which had only one bullet.

I drifted towards Gabi, held her, and took her to a safe place.

"What are you doing and what you did?" I asked.

"Mikasa I am sorry I didn't trust you. I was so wrong." Gabi apologised hugging me tight with tears in her eyes.

"Its ok, but how you got this weapon?" I asked.

"After I left, somehow I survived and reached into one of the laboratories of Marley. They kept this gun as a last resort. Sorry I had one bullet left since there were many Titans in my way and I tried to use it less."

"Its ok." I reassured her.

"No it isn't, look there." she said pointing to where Eren's head fell.

I saw his spine growing and something coming out.

"What is that thing?" I asked.

"I don't know, but it appears like a Giant Centipede" Gabi replied.

"I can see that." I replied.

"Stay here in a safe place, while I help my comrades" I ordered Gabi to which she nodded.

While the time I reached, the Centipede thing started releasing a gas, which some soldiers were yelling to be like Zeke's Spinal Fluid mixed with Gas which was spread in Ragako, which turned them into Titans.

"Darn that creature" I hissed.

Reiner was facing that creature, while I advanced to Levi.

On my route, I saw public of Marley converting into Titans and advancing to us with full force. Annie and team were struggling, but we don't know for how long they can hold them. On the other side, Armin and Eren started having a fight in their Titan forms. Eren got a new transformation now, thanks to that Centipede Thing.

"There's an opening!" Levi screamed, "Armin hold Eren."

Armin nodded in agreement.

Levi was about to shoot one of the Thunder Spears to his nape when I stopped him.

"Levi, Wait!"

"What?" he asked.

"Shoot at his mouth. His nape is open and he is nowhere in sight. I bet he is in his mouth." I replied.

"You better be right Mikasa" Levi said and shot the Thunder Spear at his mouth.

Kaboom!

I maneuvered and entered to see Eren's head there.

It is last time I am seeing him. Sorry Carla, I need to break my promise. For Humanity.

I pulled Eren's head by cheeks, kissed him, and said, "Will miss you Eren."

Tears started falling from my eyes, while he was smiling.

I took my blade and cut his head.

Suddenly, every Titan around me converted back into human, Centipede vanished, Eren's body started falling.

I came out.

"You did well Brat" Levi told to me.

Then he rested his back on a rock nearby, closing his eyes again, saluting his fallen friends, comrades, family I suppose.

I nodded and took Eren's decapitated head to Armin.

"Let's give a funeral to our friend." he proposed.

"I know a place." I replied.

"Where?" he asked.

"Under the tree where Eren loved to rest." I replied.

We left and buried Eren's head as quickly as possible.

I was sad and upset. The war is over. Eren is now Free.
