TAEHYUNG'S POV.

After Jin, Namjoon, Hoseok, and Jimin left, it was me and Yoongi all alone in the house again.

Yoongi was cleaning the kitchen and I decided to help him.

"Tae, you can go out onto the neighborhood, you know? I can clean this by myself." Yoongi said, sounding like a typical single mom.

I nod and say, "Yes I know. But I'd rather help you. Considering it a thank you for always taking care of me."

Yoongi smiles as he continues sweeping the floor.

Ring, ring, ring!

Me and Yoongi looked at each other and nodded. We searched for the phone ringing but it was nowhere.

"God, whose phone even is it?" Yoongi said, searching for it in his pockets.

"Uh, it can't be mine. Mine is charging over there," I said, pointing at the phone charging nearby the couch.

Yoongi groans. "God, where did I leave mine?"

I flip the pillows on the couch and found the phone ringing.

"Yoongi, I found it. Is this yours?" I ask, handing over the phone.

"Ah yes. Thanks, Tae," Yoongi thanked me. "Hello?" he said as he picked up the call.

I nod and walk over to the kitchen to continue cleaning.

"Oh okay. Alright then, I understand," I overheard Yoongi said.

I shrugged it off and continue cleaning. As I cleaned, Yoongi entered the kitchen looking like he is in a middle of a dilemma.

"Tae..." he started.

I looked at him confused. Was he gonna kick me out? Oh god no... I can't return back to my house.

"What is it?" I said, no trying to add nervousness in my tone.

Yoongi sighs. "Do you mind sharing a room with someone?"

I sigh in relief. "No. No, I don't. Why?"

"Well it's just that..." Yoongi started. "My sister said her son, which is my nephew, travelled to Daegu when China announced the virus. And Chinese citizens are entering Korea and the president might put us under lockdown."

"Hm? What does that have to do with my room?" I ask, all confused.

"Well you see... my nephew might be stranded here in Daegu for a while and my sister begged me if he can stay at my house. I agreed, that's when until I realize all rooms are taken," Yoongi said, that's when I hit realization.

"Oh. It's fine. I mean, it's just for about a couple weeks right?" I ask, not liking to share a room with anybody, let alone a bed.

"Yes! Well, it depends on how long the president announces the lockdown for," Yoongi said, rubbing the back of his neck.

I sigh."Fine. I'll share the room... And the bed." I groan.

"Thanks, Tae! I promise you my nephew isn't an awful guy," he told me which calmed me down a little bit.

I nod, finally finishing scrubbing the counter. I put the sponge back and dried the counter. I washed my hands and walked outside.

"I'll just go for a walk, Yoongi!"

"Okay!"

I walk down my neighborhood, the fresh breeze brushes through my hair. It was almost the middle of the afternoon and it's getting so hot, especially since it's summer.

"Hey, Tae!"

I turn around and see Jay B waving at me.

Jay B is my friend in the neighborhood. We used to ride bikes all the time to the convenient store to buy soda.

"Hi!" I said, walking towards him.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Six feet apart!" He yelled, distancing himself from me.

"What are you talking about?" I said, confused at his sudden words.

"China said we have to stay six feet apart from each other," he said, raising his hands in defense.

"Uh. dude, we're not in China," I said, laughing.

"Still. We must stay safe," Jay B said, laughing with me. I nod.

"Okay, okay. Whatever. Wanna go to the convenient store?" I ask.

Jay B sighs. "Oh my gosh, Taehyung. I literally just said to stay six feet apart! And now you invite me to the convenient store?" He said, shaking his head.

My jaw dropped. "Dude, we go all the time!"

"Yeah, when there was no virus!" He said. I roll my eyes jokingly.

"Get a hold of yourself, J," I said, crossing my arms.

"I'm tryna maintain safe here, T," Jay B said, laughing because of the random nickname.

I laugh along and said, "Gosh, you haven't changed." He nods.

"Gotta go! I have to finish this television series I was watching," he said as he looked down at his watch. I smile.

"Okay then! Text me, dude!" I said, as he waved goodbye.

I sigh and walk back to Yoongi's house. Before I enter I sit outside on the patio chairs, thinking about the virus.

Is this virus really a big deal?

I sigh, thinking about the things I could've done this summer. But knowing Yoongi, he wouldn't let me go outside for a while. Plus, the president is probably gonna put us under lockdown.

I look over to my neighbor who was planting trees. And I look to my other neighbor who was walking his dog.

I sigh for the hundreth time today, at least they got something to do. I don't know what I'll do if I can only call friends through face time this summer.

Yoongi walks outside and sees me on the patio.

"What are you doing here, Tae?" He asks. "I thought you were on a walk." I nod.

"I was. Then I came back and sat down here for a while," I said. Yoongi nods as he sits beside me.

"I guess we'll be bored this summer. But I seriously hope the president won't put us on lockdown."

"I hope so too. I still wanna hang out with my friends," I say, looking into the distance.

"But the good thing is, my nephew will be coming in a few days. You can make a new friend, if we go under lockdown," Yoongi said, smiling.

I smiled faintly. "Yeah, I guess so."
