Yoongi's Pov

Okay, a lot of things happened last night. I can barely keep my eyes open as the nurse tells me the proper instructions for Taehyung.

"He should take lots of rest, and he needs to eat vegetables to recharge his energy battery, the swimming probably worn him out." She said as she writes something down her clipboard.

I'm still in Taehyung's room, eyes almost closing, listening to the nurse speaking, and tired. Is it opposite day today?!

The nurse rips the piece of paper and hands it to me. I read what was written and it was the list of instructions.

"Take lots of rest, Mr Min. He'll wake up anytime soon." The nurse said, walking towards the door and closing it after she steps out.

I sigh, folding the piece of paper and putting it in my jean pocket.

It's currently 6 AM in the morning and last night was kind of wild.

Once Jungkook, Jimin and Namjoon arrived, they immediately asked questions about what happened to Taehyung. I couldn't answer them since I wasn't a 100% sure what happened, so I just told them that he might've drowned.

Then, I started interrogating Jungkook. I started throwing questions at him about Taehyung. I asked if he actually liked him and he answered the obvious with "I'm not sure."

Jimin wanted to stay with me to look after Taehyung but I stopped him since he had to go back home to his parents. They must be worried sick.

Namjoon on the other hand wanted to apologize for making me worry and for not taking immediate action. I forgave him, of course, it wasn't his fault. It was no one's fault.

They stayed for an hour and a half until I convinced them to go back home. They needed rest, and to be honest I needed some too.

"Hyung," the familiar monotone voice breaks the silence in the hospital room, and soon enough, I gasped as I turn to face Taehyung, "hey."

"Are you feeling better?" I ask in worry.

"Yeah." He said short. He looked around and wondered where he was. But due to the awful and spooky hospital scent he knew immediately where he was.

"Goodness Tae, I was so worried!" I cry. I still can't believe what happened, my heart aches at the thought.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to, I just tried to help." He said, feeling guilty. The same, dark brown fringes covered his eyes in which he removed.

"The nurse said we can go home today," I said with a sigh as I brush my hand against my hair, "only if you feel like it."

"We can go home." He said with his raspy voice. "I'm sure the hospital bill is a lot by now."

I let out a chuckle and roll my eyes jokingly. "Don't worry about that." I said, humor sparkles in my eyes.

"But... what about Jungkook?"

I glance back at him and I could tell he is very worried about Koo. But to be honest, he should be worried about himself! But it's typical Taehyung, putting others before himself.

"He's fine," my tone sounded a lot more sarcastic than I intend, "I found him in the air."

"The air?!" He gasps out, sitting on the hospital bed. "Oh gosh."

"Don't worry, he's not sick, or injured." I said, "Actually, he's doing pretty well."

Taehyung nods, still not 100% convinced.

"Now come on," I said, standing up, "you have to eat these fruits."

Me and Tae returns home safely.

I lock the door behind me as the both of us enters the house.

Okay, what?!

I was gone for a day, just one day! And this place looks like a madhouse. I hear rats in our walls. The TV is on but no one is on the couch watching, bags of chips were left on the kitchen counter and the dishes were left on the sink, and— IS THAT MOLD?

Jesus, Jungkook.

I race upstairs, knocking on the bedroom door before a messy haired, eyes shut, probably unshowered, Jungkook opens it.

"What happened to this house you madman?!" I yell, trying not to strangle him.

"Sorry," he apologizes, "lost track."

Lost track?!— is he mad?! How can someone leave the plates and spoons molding on the sink? And why'd he have to open loads of chip bags? And the TV? Holy.

"I don't need your apology," I sigh, "I'm going to sleep, cook yourself something for lunch."

I give up. This house is gonna go crazy.

Taehyung's Pov

The house stinks.

It felt like it's some sort of ancient landmark that's infested with flies and rodents.

I sit down on the couch, reaching for the remote to turn off the TV. Who knows how long that thing's been on for.

I whip out my phone— gosh, is it wet?!

Groaning, I take the nearest tissue on the table and continue to wipe it. Literal droplets of mother nature came out of my phone hole where I plug in the charger.

Did I really drown?

I sigh, realizing I probably need to get it fixed. I put it on the table and I lay down on the couch, wanting to get some rest.

That's until I hear footsteps march down the stairs, and a familiar male walks towards me.

"Hey!" Jungkook smiles at me, "You're back!"

"Yeah," I said, "I'm not dying or anything." I giggle.

"Shush, you could've!" He uses his index finger to indicate the quiet! signal.

"I missed you." The words escaped my lips before I even knew it.

"Y-you did?" Jungkook's jaw drops as he looks at me like what I said was unbelievable.

"Mhm," I nod, "I know, it's weird."

"I missed you too!" He jumps on the couch and lands on top of me, hugging me real tight.

I smile as he began laughing, mumbling the words I missed you over and over again.

"Stop hugging me, you might kill me for real." I chuckle, trying to escape his grip.

"No!" He laughs, "I'm glad you're back."

I smile, resting in his arms, eyes looking at each other, breath getting thicker.

"I'm glad too." I said, smiling.
