Snuggled beneath her fuzzy blanket, Katsumi was curled up in Yuki's lap reading her latest purchase from the bookshop "No Longer Human," by Dazai Osamu. In the background the hushed voices of the TV was drowned out by the happy chatter of her housemates, relaxing into her boyfriends arms- she reached out to sip from her green tea. Before she had the chance to settle herself once again, Yuki jostled her slightly as he went to get up. Looking up at him, Katsumi couldn't help but pout as he stood to his feet.

"What's this? Retiring to your room for the night already?" Shigure piped up, as he too looked up from his book. Katsumi, who was feeling a bit under the weather, got to her feet as she went to hug Yuki's back as he looked back at the black-haired dog.

"Oh, yeah. There's some research I want to do, and I should start getting ready for the trip." Yuki replied, tucking Katsumi into his arms as he spoke. She smiled happily, nuzzling her face against his soft shirt.

"Wait, what was that? You're going on a trip, Yuki?" Tohru questioned, pausing her table washing to look at up the couple.

"Tohru, did you forget about our class trip?" Katsumi murmured, her head tilting to the side as she smiled down at her friend. It had taken awhile for Katsumi to feel comfortable with her friend again, pushing aside the chokehold of guilt from her assumptions was not an easy task for the blonde rabbit to do. Though, as time went on she found that hers and Tohru's friendship was soon mended and back to normal. Tohru, and Kyo both let out a startled gasp. Katsumi chuckled, ducking her head into Yuki's shoulder as she did.

"You too, cat?" Her boyfriend deadpanned, shaking his head.

"I didn't even wanna go on it in the first place! It sounds boring." He retaliated, slamming his hand down on the table.

"Oh, no! This is terrible! I haven't done anything to get ready yet! Shigure quick, I need some ideas of what to bring you back as a souvenir." The brunette cried, leaning forward against the table as she stared at him in exasperation.

"Forget about me. I'd much rather you focus on having a good time, kay? School trips are important milestones in a students life, right?" The sly dog told her, with a playful wink.

"Well... Yeah." Tohru agreed innocently, a small smile on her face.

"You should get something for yourself, Tohru. You certainly deserve it." Katsumi hummed, tilting her head to the side as she smiled down at her friend.

"She certainly does," Shigure agreed with a curt nod, "pick something yet?"

"Oh, yes! I sure have," the brunette told them with a closed eye smile.

"What's the big deal about some dumb trip? Sounds like more trouble than its worth to me. Maybe I'll just ditch." Without a moments notice, Shigure leapt from the ground and catapulted his book at Kyo's face.

"You idiot! Class trips are essential! They're the essence of romance! The highlight of one's school career! Young people loose their inhibitions-"

"Yuki... Shigure's being a creep again..." She whined, burying his head into the crook of his neck with a groan. In a matter of seconds, both Yuki and Kyo swept the girls out of the living room both wearing faces of irritation at the dogs careless show of perversion.

"Hey, don't you walk away from me!" The black-haired cousin shouted, a large frown of displeasure worn on his face.

"Aha, sorry Shi-Chan! Maybe you shouldn't be such a schleichen!" Katsumi retaliated, smothering a giggle as the eldest cousin huffed. (Creep)

Days had passed since then, and the four were now enjoying the school trip. The weather was nice, and all her friend seemed to be pleasant moods. Katsumi stood next to Yuki as they admired the towering torri, their bright red ribbons blowing softly in the breeze.
