Chapter 22: Abduction

-Monday-

Her outfit above.

Waking up later than usual I decided to take a day for myself or at least until the girls come home. Getting up from bed I quickly shower to wake myself up more. Getting out the shower I towel off and dress up in comfy clothes. After that I pull my hair in a pony tail.

Heading to the kitchen I decide to make some breakfast. After cooking and eating the food I put my dishes into the sink washing them. Once that is done I grab my current book and decide to read in the living room.

Sitting in the same spot as the day before I don't realize that I am laying my head where James was sitting. Laying there as I read I was in solace for the next 3 hours.

Turning the last page of the book I read the last words of the book series. Not happy with the ending I hope for the author to write another book following the events of this one. Putting it down I check the time it is 4:15 p.m. Getting confused as to why the girls aren't home 2 hours after school has finished.

Checking on the girls I text both of them waiting on an answer. Not getting as much as a hi in the next hour I suspect something has happened. Getting stressed I make a call to Gavin, "It's Gavin how can I help miss Star." "It's not time to goof around Gav, tell me have you seen the girls?" 

Hearing him on the other end he says, "Yea I took them with me to the school and I saw them leave towards the same way as usual." "Are you sure?" I question him again. "I am 100 percent sure. Why is there something wrong?"

"They aren't home and it has been 3 hours since they left school. They would've told me if they wouldn't be home and they aren't answering their phones." Getting antsy I try to look into their minds and all I see is black meaning they're either sleeping or unconscious. "Ok if you think something did happen I'm coming over and I'll bring Raph for extra hands."

"No Gav I'm not bringing him into this when he already hates me just to add more reasons why I'm horrible. This is my problem I'll handl- Interrupting me Gavin continues."Don't even think about 'handling' it yourself. We're coming and trust me he doesn't hate you just give him a chance to show you that. You might be surprised as to what he actually feels about you." 

"Wha-" "We'll be over in 10 min gotta go bye Star!" Hanging up he leaves me even more confused than I already am. As I waited so many things went through my mind as to what could have happened to them. Like Gavin said 10 minutes later I heard hurried knocking on the front door. 

Getting up quickly I open the door wide as I do that I am tackled into a hug from Gavin. Accepting it I hug him tight wanting to breakdown but I couldn't not until I know the girls are safe. Pulling away I look up seeing James looking shameful. Closing the door I begin to tell them of how the girls weren't answering their phons and other forms of communication.

Trying to find a lead I take them both the way the girls would take to and from school. Noticing some homes have cameras I try to ask the home owners if I can see the footage from today. Some agreed and others refused. The ones that agreed have shown that they were fine until a 2 blocks walk then they disappeared after that.

Nearly loosing it I get a miracle, I heard Selene speaking into the link all three of us have. "Star. Star if you can hear me please come we need your help. Please I'm scared." Stopping in my tracks I ignore the fact that James and Gavin has stopped to watch me.

"Selene? Oh my god! Are you okay is Camilla with you please dear god please be okay." Speaking out-loud it still works with the link if I want. Answering me she says, "Camilla is with me she's still out of it but please come."

"Where are you. Did someone take you guys tell me as much as you know. You're all I have." Answering me again she says, "We were walking home and then upon passing the Johnson house two men took us putting bags on our heads. Oh and I heard one of them say 'This is for the boss and Milo'."
