when it comes to a healthy lifestyle with chameleons, there are many specific steps to follow or there is a deep risk of serious problems for the little reptile and that especially depended on the light that Jackson chameleons are getting daily

the main areas to focus on to keep chameleons are light, hydration and keeping their calcium levels up

it was no surprise that as a ninja they prefer to work in the darkness

but as a chameleon, they needed to get proper lighting

and this lesson had to be leant or something bad could happen

something was wrong

terribly wrong

they didn't know when it really started

only when it truly began

with an ear curdling scream

"ESPIO!" mighty cried as he looked to his friend

the armadillo and the chameleon were simply catching up after his long trip away with Ray, walking in the late summer afternoon

the armadillo noted that his friend was getting increasingly unstable

but before he could call him out on it a loud crack could be heard from a mile away

immediately the chameleon came crashing down to the floor as he screamed bloody mary,

now he was sitting on the floor as his right leg was displayed out to see whilst crying out in sheer pain

"What happened?!" mighty couldn't help but wonder in horror

he didn't understand! they were just walking ! he didn't even trip!

the snap was definitely a bone for sure

bending down he did all he  could to try and console the little reptile as he continued to scream

his leg already looking deformed, bruised and already swelling

Mighty knew he had to get espio medical attention soon if not now!

unfortunately neither had a phone on them and the nearest hospital was a long trek away

so for the meantime, espio would need something quick but temporary

"we're going to need to splint it" Mighty declared as he assessed what type of breakage he was dealing with, with how the bone was jutting out of the skin and bleeding a lot, it meant he had to ask the worse of his friend

"esp, I know it hurts but we need to apply direct pressure onto the wound, I'll use the rest of the  water we brought to rinse it off to flush out any dirt because we don't want it to get infected" Mighty began to explain as Espio's face was scrunched in distaste of the idea, doing all he could to hold in his sobs

" don't worry, I won't scrub or rub the area" Mighty assured

he held the water out and began to pour it on the wound, earning a hiss from the aggravated chameleon, as quickly as he did that the armadillo began to place his hand on the wound,

"STOP!!!" Espio yelled in anguish

mighty grinded his teeth as he continued strong

"I can't esp, if we don't clot the blood you'll suffer tremendous blood loss, which could lead to your blood pressure to drop, you'll become dizzy, have trouble breathing and could even go into shock" Mighty explained with fear of any of those symptoms coming true
